Quantivo Inventory Manager is designed to work primarily offline.
The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal identification information such as:

Payment information
The inventory data you create inside the App, including:

stock quantities
prices
categories
notes
supplier information
is stored locally on your device only.
2. Local Storage
All inventory and settings data are saved locally on your device using secure local storage technologies.
We do not operate remote servers for storing your inventory information.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of exported files if needed.
3. CSV Export & Import
The App allows users to:
export inventory data to CSV files
import inventory data from CSV files
These files are stored only on your device or in locations you choose manually.
The App does not upload exported files to external servers.
4. Permissions
Depending on your Android version and features used, the App may request limited permissions such as:
file access permissions for importing/exporting CSV files
These permissions are used only for core app functionality.
The App does not access unrelated personal files or media.
5. Analytics & Advertising
Quantivo Inventory Manager currently does not collect analytics data and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
If advertising or analytics features are added in future updates, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Data Security
We aim to protect your locally stored information using standard application security practices.
However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and users are encouraged to keep backups of important data.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
