This Privacy Policy describes how PlanPro ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application, PlanPro (the "App").

1.     INFORMATION WE COLLECT

·        User-Inputted Content: We collect text content that you voluntarily type into the App, including your goals, step details, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device.

·        Device and Usage Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information from your mobile device to ensure the App functions properly, including your operating system version and unique device identifiers.

2.     HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

·        To provide, operate, and maintain the core functionalities of the App.

·        To facilitate data transfer via webhooks to the OpenAI ChatGPT API to generate your planning paths.

·        To display advertisements through Google AdMob.

3.     DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not sell your personal data. To provide our services, we share specific user-generated text with third-party providers via encrypted API connections:

·        OpenAI (ChatGPT API): When you submit a goal and select a planning stage, that specific text payload is transmitted to OpenAI to generate your steps. This data is subject to OpenAI’s privacy policies.

·        Google AdMob: The App integrates Google AdMob SDKs to show banner and interstitial advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use your device’s advertising identifier (such as Android GAID or iOS IDFA) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4.     DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your personal notes, planning inputs, and progress statuses are stored locally on your physical device using secure local storage mechanisms. We do not maintain remote cloud databases of your personal entries.

5.     CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6.     CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
