By using the PixKing application, you are deemed to have accepted all the conditions included in this Privacy Policy. The purpose of this document is to inform users about the purposes for which personal data processed in the PixKing application is used, with whom it is shared, storage periods, user rights, and the security measures taken.
PixKing is a mobile application that provides users with an artificial intelligence–based visual generation service. Only the personal data necessary to provide these services are processed, and no unnecessary data is collected. The application does not engage in location tracking, unauthorized user profiling, or the misuse of personal data.
PixKing may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may use Advertising ID and similar device identifiers to display advertisements, limit ad frequency, measure advertising performance, and support non-personalized or personalized advertising in accordance with user preferences, regional regulations, and applicable laws.
The data processed by PixKing is limited to purposes such as creating and managing user accounts, sending notifications, executing security processes, providing the artificial intelligence service (fal.ai), responding to user support requests, displaying and measuring advertisements, and performing legally required service operations.
PixKing collects the following personal data:
Account Information: Email address, password, and username required to create and manage user accounts. Passwords are stored securely using hashing algorithms.
Technical and Device Information: FCM Token, Advertising ID, device identifiers, device model, and operating system information may be processed through Firebase and Google services for notification delivery, advertising display, advertising performance measurement, security, and misuse detection.
Support Communications: Information voluntarily provided by users when contacting support.
PixKing does not collect profile photos or similar personal visual identifiers from users.
Images created by users or visual content uploaded by users are not permanently stored by PixKing. The visual generation process is performed by a third-party artificial intelligence service named fal.ai. Prompts or images submitted by users may be temporarily processed and stored by fal.ai in accordance with fal.ai’s own privacy policy.
By using the visual generation features of PixKing, users explicitly consent to the temporary processing of their submitted content by fal.ai for the sole purpose of image generation.
PixKing does not collect or store any payment card information. All payment transactions are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store infrastructure. PixKing only receives transaction results from these platforms for the purpose of verifying purchase or subscription status.
PixKing does not collect the following data:
Location data, GPS coordinates, or geographic tracking information
Physical address information
Detailed device logs beyond standard notification and advertising identifiers
User behavior records unrelated to application functionality or advertising
IP addresses are not currently collected; however, they may be processed in the future solely for security and fraud-prevention purposes. If such processing occurs, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
All personal data collected by PixKing is processed for the following purposes:
Creating and managing user accounts
Authentication and login processes
Sending push notifications
Providing AI-based visual generation services via fal.ai
Displaying and measuring advertisements
Ensuring security, integrity, and misuse prevention
Responding to user support requests
Verifying purchases and subscriptions via Google Play or Apple App Store
Personal data is shared only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:
Supabase: Database services, authentication, and secure storage of user data
Firebase: Push notification delivery and FCM Token management
Google AdMob: Displaying advertisements and measuring advertising performance
Google Play Store / Apple App Store: Processing purchases and subscriptions
fal.ai: AI-based image generation services
No personal data is sold to third parties.
User account data is permanently deleted from Supabase within 30 days after the user deletes their account.
Transaction records and limited technical logs may be retained for up to 1 year due to legal and financial obligations.
FCM Tokens and device identifiers are retained as long as the user account remains active.
AI-generated images are not stored by PixKing. Content processed by fal.ai is deleted in accordance with fal.ai’s retention policies and typically within 30 days.
PixKing may request user consent for personalized advertising depending on the user’s region and applicable regulations (such as GDPR). Where consent is not provided or not required, non-personalized ads may be displayed.
Explicit consent is required for data sharing with fal.ai. This consent is considered granted when the user initiates an AI image generation request within the application.
Users have rights under applicable data protection laws, including KVKK and GDPR, such as:
Accessing personal data
Requesting correction or deletion
Data portability
Restricting processing
Withdrawing consent
Requesting information on data processing activities
Users may exercise these rights at any time by contacting support@peezitech.com. Requests will be addressed within 30 days.
Advertising Preferences and Consent Withdrawal
Users have the right to withdraw their consent for advertising-related data processing at any time.
If you previously granted consent for personalized or non-personalized advertising, you may change or withdraw your consent using the following methods:
By managing your advertising preferences through Google’s Ads Settings:

By resetting or disabling your device’s advertising identifier through your device settings.
Withdrawing consent may result in the display of non-personalized advertisements or the absence of advertisements, depending on applicable regulations and technical availability.
Consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
PixKing uses modern security infrastructures provided by Supabase and Firebase, including TLS/SSL encryption, secure access controls, and protection against unauthorized access. Technical and administrative safeguards are applied to protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary. Any changes will be announced within the application or through appropriate notification channels. Continued use of PixKing after updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
