handles information in connection with the PHENIX HER mobile application
(the "App"), available on Android.

Specifically, we do NOT collect:

• Any other personally identifiable information (PII)

The PHENIX HER application does NOT request any sensitive Android
permissions. The App functions entirely offline and does not require:

The PHENIX HER application does NOT integrate any third-party

• Facebook SDK or Meta Pixel
• AdMob or any other advertising platform
• Crash reporting services
• Any tracking or profiling services

The App does not store any user data on external servers or
cloud services. All content displayed within the App (company
information and supplications) is embedded directly within the
App itself and does not require a server connection.

Although the App does not collect personal data, we are
committed to ensuring the App is built with security best
practices and does not pose any risk to the users' devices
or personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect
changes in the App or in applicable laws. When we do, we will
revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

to stay informed. Continued use of the App after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
