My Padel Score is a padel match results and statistics app created by Egils Broks. This Privacy Policy explains
what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Data controller
For privacy matters relating to My Padel Score, the data controller is:

2. Information handled by the app
My Padel Score is designed to store app data locally on your device. The app may handle:
● Profile information you enter, such as your display name, nickname, home club, and optional profile photo.
● Player information you enter, such as names, nicknames, playing level, dominant hand, and optional player
photos.
● Match information you enter, such as match date, duration, location or club, teammates, opponents, final result,
set scores, notes, and scoring format.
● App preferences, such as theme, name display style, scoring preferences, notification settings, and HealthKit
connection preference.
● Optional Apple Health data, if you choose to connect HealthKit, including average heart rate, maximum heart rate,
active energy burned, and workout duration for a selected match period.
● Information needed to schedule local match reminders on your device.
3. How information is used
The app uses this information to:
● Create and manage player profiles.
● Record final padel match results and set scores.
● Display match history, recent activity, head-to-head records, monthly performance, and opponent statistics.
● Import an optional fitness summary for a selected match when you request it.
● Schedule local reminders for upcoming matches when notifications are enabled.
● Apply your selected app preferences.
My Padel Score does not use HealthKit, fitness, profile, player, or match information for advertising, marketing,
profiling, or data mining.
4. Legal bases and HealthKit consent
Where European data protection law applies, local app data is processed to provide the functionality you request.
Optional HealthKit access is based on your explicit choice and the permissions you grant through iOS and Apple
Health.
HealthKit access is optional. The app requests read access only for:
● Heart rate.
● Active energy burned.
● Workouts, used to calculate workout duration during the selected match period.
The app does not write information to HealthKit. Imported HealthKit summaries remain in the app's local data.
You may deny or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app. The app
remains usable for match results and statistics without HealthKit access.
5. Local storage and security
My Padel Score stores its app data locally on your device using Apple platform storage. It does not require an
account, operate a developer-controlled server, or sync your app data to a developer-controlled cloud service.
Your device security, Apple ID, iCloud, backup, and operating system settings may affect how local app data is
protected, backed up, or restored. Apple controls those services under its own terms and privacy policies. You
are responsible for securing access to your device.
6. Apple services and diagnostics
The app relies on Apple platform services, including iOS, SwiftData, HealthKit, local notifications, Photos Picker,
and the iOS share sheet.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics and diagnostic information, depending on
your Apple and device privacy settings. This information is used to understand general app performance,
diagnose faults, and maintain the app. My Padel Score does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party
analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies.
7. Notifications
If you allow notifications, My Padel Score may schedule local notifications for upcoming match reminders. These
notifications are created and delivered on your device. You can disable them in the app or in iOS Settings.
8. Sharing match results
The app may allow you to share a match result through the iOS share sheet. Sharing occurs only when you
initiate it and choose a destination. The selected app, service, or recipient controls what happens to the shared
information after you send it and may apply its own privacy policy.
9. Support communications
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message, and any information you choose to include.
We use that information only to respond to your question, provide support, protect the app, or meet legal
obligations. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
10. Information we do not collect from the app
My Padel Score does not transmit the following information to the developer:
● Match results, set scores, notes, or match history.
● Player profiles or player photos.
● HealthKit or fitness information.
● Precise location or contacts.
● Advertising identifiers.
● Information for third-party advertising.
● Information used to track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell personal information.
11. Data retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you edit or delete it in the app, reset relevant app data, or delete the
app. Deleting the app generally removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to Apple's backup and
restore behavior.
HealthKit permissions can be revoked separately in iOS Settings or Apple Health. Information already imported
into a match can be removed by editing or deleting the relevant local app data.
12. Children
My Padel Score is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age required by local law. The app
does not knowingly collect children's personal information on a developer-controlled server. If you believe a child
has sent personal information to us by email, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of
personal information, and to withdraw consent.
Because app and HealthKit data are stored locally and are not accessible to the developer, you can exercise
most choices directly by editing or deleting data in the app, changing iOS permissions, or deleting the app. For
information you have sent to us directly, such as a support email, contact us using the address below.
If European data protection law applies, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your
country or with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
14. International users
My Padel Score does not operate a developer-controlled backend for app data. If you contact us directly, your
communication may be processed in Latvia or through the service providers used to deliver email, subject to
applicable safeguards and the providers' privacy practices.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, our practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy
will show a new "Last updated" date and will be made available with the app or through its published policy page.
