2.COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

All music and any other content accessible through Y Music are supplied by SoundCloud. We have no control over the content shared on SoundCloud. We simply provide links that allow users to access that content using the provider’s API. All trademarks and copyrights related to the content accessible on S Music belong to their respective owners and are used here under the terms of Fair Use and the Digital Millennium Copyrights Act (DMCA).

3.INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To make sure that we can offer you more of the music you want to hear, we collect a limited amount of information as you use Y Music. We collect information about the tracks you listen to and the playlists you build.

We receive and maintain information about your device such as its hardware model and operating system, as well as its location and unique identifier. And when you create an account using your Facebook or Google profile, we also receive and store information such as your name, email address and the usernames associated with those platforms

4.USE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use your personal information for purposes described in this Policy. The ways in which we may use this information include:

1. Provide the requested Services to administer and maintain your account and generally provide the functions and features that are part of the Services;

2. Analyze and develop our products and services to develop, deliver, measure, monitor, analyze and improve our Services and develop new products and services;

Communicate with you to respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service, to provide any messaging or communications associated with the functions and features of the Services (including by email), to keep you posted on our latest product or service announcements or updates, software updates, security alerts and any technical notices, to provide you with confirmation of purchases, invoices, support and administrative messages or notice about changes to our terms, conditions or policies;

4. Protect the Services and our property to detect and prevent abusive, fraudulent, malicious or potentially illegal activities, and to protect the rights, safety or property of us or our users;

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. If you post anything that is inconsistent with our Terms of Services, we reserve the right to deactivate or terminate your account.

10.GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China, without reference to its conflict of laws. For any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us within 30 days after the dispute arises via our customer service and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the unlikely event that we has not been able to informally resolve a dispute it has with you within 60 days, we each agree to submit any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with or relating to this Policy to the exclusive jurisdiction of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the CIETAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Shanghai. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

11.LANGUAGE OF THE POLICY

The language of this Policy is English. Where we have provided a translation of the English version of this Policy, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language version of this Policy will govern your relationship with us. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of this Policy says and what a translation says, then the English language version will take precedence.
