This Privacy Policy explains the data practices for our mobile utility applications (the "App"). This policy outlines how data is handled, collected, and processed when you use our services.
1. Data Processing and Collection
Local Processing: All media processing functions, including but not limited to video trimming, merging, and audio extraction, are performed locally on your device hardware.
Media Files: We do not upload, store, or transmit your personal media files (videos, photos, or audio) to any external servers.
Personal Information: We do not require or collect personal identification information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the core features of the App.
2. Required Permissions The App requests the following device permissions to function:
Media / Storage Access: Required to allow you to select media files from your device for editing and to save the processed output files back to your local storage.
Notifications: Requested on supported Android versions to provide status updates regarding media processing tasks.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics We use industry-standard third-party services to facilitate app functionality, monitor stability, and display advertisements. These services automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical data, such as device models, operating system versions, and Advertising IDs:
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob utilizes the Android Advertising ID to provide personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent.
Meta Audience Network: Used as an advertising partner to serve relevant ad content.
Google Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect anonymous usage metrics and crash reports to identify bugs and improve application stability.
4. Data Security Technical data transmitted to third-party analytics and advertising services is encrypted in transit using standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Because media files are processed entirely on your device and are not hosted on our servers, we do not have access to your personal files.
5. Children’s Privacy The App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take steps to remove that information.
6. User Controls and Opt-Outs
Advertising Preferences: You can manage your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads) or via the in-app consent form.
Permission Management: You can revoke Media Access or Notification permissions at any time through your device's native application settings.
7. Policy Updates We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our app features or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publishing.
