Ocean Go profile and playing games in a social way

When you play our game, we will give you a randomly generated unique identifier and associate it with the Ocean Go account called "Ocean Go Profile". Your Ocean Go profile is not personal identity data, unless you choose to add your personal information to the Ocean Go profile, such as your name, picture, email address or other information.

Your Ocean Go profile and the information contained therein will be disclosed to other users using our service. If you choose to add personal information to your Ocean Go profile, it will be open to your friends and other players anywhere in the world.

If you choose to view other users' personal Ocean Go profile, this user and other users using our service will see the Ocean Go profile you have visited, because some of your social information and Ocean Go profile links will be displayed in this user's Ocean Go profile.

Connect with third-party social networks

If we provide this service, you can choose to use your account information from a third-party network such as Facebook or Google to log in to your Ocean Go profile. If you do this, you will be able to use your account to log in to multiple devices and synchronize progress on them. Information we received from Facebook

If you use your Facebook account information to log in to your Ocean Go profile, we will receive some information from your Facebook account. Login with Facebook will not allow us to publish any content on your Facebook page without permission, and we will not receive information about your Facebook friends who do not play our games. Information we received from Goodle

If you use your Google account information to log in to your ocean go profile, we will receive some information from your Google account. Exit the direct marketing of Ocean Go

You can choose the direct marketing we send you by the following ways:

How to adjust your preference for interest based advertising

You can choose to block the use of your device's advertisement identifier for interest based advertisements by updating your device's settings.

If you opt out of interest based advertising, you can still play our game, and you will still be able to see the advertising in our game, but the advertising will not be released based on the information we hold about you, or the information our advertising partners collect about you from our game (except for the following non California players). However, you may still receive some advertisements based on situational factors, such as the game displaying advertisements, or the area where your device is located.

For players in California: California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") gives residents of California the right to prevent enterprises from selling their personal information to third parties. See the Advertising Partners section for more information on how we work with advertising partners. For CCPA purposes, sharing information in this way may be considered "for sale". We will not "sell" your personal information to a third party for any other purpose. If you do not want to share your personal information with a third party for this purpose, please update your preferences in the settings menu in our relevant games. The advertisement identifier is a non permanent and non personal identifier independently related to your device, such as Android advertisement ID and/or Apple advertisement ID ("IDFA"). Similar technologies include tracking pixels in advertisements. These technologies allow companies, including marketers and advertisers, to recognize you when you use websites and applications.

Cookies are small text files stored by browsers on desktop computers or mobile devices. You can disable cookies by updating the settings in your browser.

Your rights
