Supabase: for secure database and data storage
Google Analytics: for anonymous app usage statistics
Vercel, Lovable.dev, GitHub: for code hosting and deployment (these services do not access your personal data)

All third-party services we use follow data protection best practices.

4. Advertising

NxtGen does not display any advertisements. We do not use advertising SDKs such as AdMob, Facebook Ads, or any other advertising networks.

5. Permissions We Request

To ensure smooth functionality, the NxtGen app requests the following permissions:

Storage Access – To allow users to download and save PDFs of college lists.
Internet Access – To display content from our servers using WebView and access user-specific data.

These permissions are used strictly to support core app features.

6. User Data Control & Deletion

Users can manage and delete their personal data directly through the app by editing or updating their profile.

Only the email address is retained for user identification; all other data such as preferences, saved colleges, and form responses can be updated or deleted at the user’s discretion.

7. Children’s Privacy

NxtGen is not intended for children under the age of 16. The app is specifically designed for students who have completed their intermediate (12th grade) education. We do not knowingly collect or retain data from users under 16 years old. If such data is accidentally submitted, we will delete it promptly

We prioritize your data security and use industry-standard methods to store and transmit your information securely, including secure servers and encrypted communication channels.
