Note: All note content stays local on your device unless you export it manually. We never upload your notes to any server.

AdMob / Google – Device identifiers are shared only with Google’s AdMob service to serve ads.

5. Data Retention
Notes & checklists – Retained on your device until you delete them.
Device & ad data – Stored for the duration of your app usage; logs may be retained up to 90 days for diagnostics.
Purchase records – Kept as long as the Pro license is active.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Access & delete – You can view or delete any note directly within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
Ad preferences – You may opt‑out of personalized ads by adjusting the “Ads” settings in your Android system or using Google’s Advertising Settings.
Purchase refunds – Managed through Google Play’s refund policy.
7. Security
We implement industry‑standard encryption for data stored on the device (Android Keystore) and use secure communication (HTTPS) for all network interactions (AdMob, Billing). However, because notes are stored locally, the security of that data also depends on your device’s lock screen and encryption settings.

NoteNest is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to have it deleted.
