Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements within the Application, unless the option to remove them is purchased. AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google. Google may use device identifiers or other data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. We have configured AdMob to only show ads deemed appropriate for families and children, in accordance with Google Play policies. Google Play Billing (for "Remove Ads"): If you choose to purchase the option to remove advertisements, the transaction is processed directly by Google through the Google Play Billing system. We do not collect or store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers. We only receive purchase confirmation from Google to enable the ad-free functionality within the Application. Google Play's handling of your payment information is governed by the Google Play Privacy Policy. The purchase to remove ads does not involve random items or "loot box" mechanics.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected by third parties is used for the following purposes:
AdMob: To display relevant advertisements (filtered for children) and measure their performance.
Google Play Billing: To securely process the optional purchase for ad removal.
4. Local Storage (Preferences)
The Application utilizes local storage on your device (PreferencesDataStore) to save your preferences, such as enabled colors and animals, and whether you have purchased the ad removal option. This information remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

The Application contains a button that links to an external website (such as https://noahyra-60e49916fcaaa9ed2d06eb91911a482.webflow.io/us, Amazon, or other regional variants based on device language) where products (coloring books) may be offered for purchase. By clicking this button, you will leave the Application and be directed to this external website. That website operates independently and has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the external website before interacting with it or providing any information.
6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)
The Application is directed to children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S., the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the E.U., and other applicable laws regarding children's privacy.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately. Advertisements shown via AdMob are configured to comply with Google Play's families content policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the Application, although the locally stored information (preferences) does not leave the device. However, no security system is impenetrable.
