Techno Global TGIS (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile application MyCitizenServices.

MyCitizenServices does NOT collect, store, or share any personal data such as Aadhaar number, PAN number, ration card number, or identity documents.

We do NOT collect:

• Camera data

• Storage / files

• Photos or media

• Contacts

• Aadhaar/PAN details

• Any sensitive personal information

All government service data is only checked via external public websites and is not stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Data

Even though we don’t collect personal information, the app uses third-party services for improving stability and performance:

(a) Firebase Analytics

Used only to understand:

• App usage

• Device type

• Basic usage interactions

No personal or sensitive data is collected.

(b) Firebase Crashlytics

Used only for:

• Crash reports

• App performance improvement

Crash logs may include non-personal technical details like device model, OS, error logs.

We do NOT use Firebase to collect:

• Aadhaar data

• PAN data

• Personal identity

• Sensitive details

3. Aadhaar, PAN & Government Services

Our app only provides links/tools to check information from officially available government portals.

We:

• Do NOT collect Aadhaar or PAN

• Do NOT store Aadhaar or PAN

• Do NOT share Aadhaar or PAN

• Do NOT provide any government affiliation

• Do NOT process or access official databases

Users manually enter information only on official websites — not inside our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party libraries which have their own privacy practices:

• Google Firebase Analytics

• Google Firebase Crashlytics

Crash data from Firebase is protected by Google’s security infrastructure.
