Mission Market ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by Mission Market.
This Privacy Policy applies to our application named Mission Market. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Target Audience: This application is intended for a general audience aged 18 and older. This application is not directed at children under the age of 13.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
A. Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party Services
When you use our App, we use third-party services that collect information used to identify you or your device to ensure functionality, handle premium features, and provide advertisements.
1. Google Sign-In & Firebase (Authentication & Progress)
We use Google Sign-In to provide secure authentication and Google Firebase for cloud-based synchronization of your progress.
Data Involved: Our application receives your Google account ID, email address, and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture).
Purpose: To authenticate your account, save your game progress (levels, XP, achievements, coin balance, and tasks), and synchronize it across devices securely. We do not share your email address with third parties.
2. RevenueCat (Premium Subscriptions)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Data Involved: RevenueCat processes your purchase history and subscription status tied to an anonymous App User ID or your authenticated account ID.
Purpose: To verify and manage your Premium Status across devices. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or financial credentials; all payment transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing.
3. AdMob (Google Advertising)
We use AdMob by Google to display advertisements.
Data Collected: AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, device information, usage data (including app performance and crash logs). For more details on what Google collects, please refer to [Google’s Privacy & Terms](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
Purpose: To show advertisements and analyze app performance.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising via your device settings (Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
B. Local and Cloud Data Storage
Local Content: Personal content such as tasks, folders, and habits is stored locally on your device initially.
Cloud Backup: Game progress data (levels, XP, achievements, coin balance) and user settings are securely backed up to Google Firebase cloud services when you are signed in, to prevent data loss and allow cross-device synchronization.
GDPR PRIVACY (EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA USERS)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process your data based on:
Your Consent: For personalized advertising via AdMob.
Performance of a Contract: Provision of cloud progress synchronization via Firebase and Premium features via RevenueCat.
Legitimate Interests: Analyzing app performance and maintaining security.

The right to notice: You must be properly notified which categories of Personal Data are being collected and the purposes for which it is being used.
The right to access / request: You can request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data collected in the past 12 months.
The right to say no to the sale of Personal Data: Mission Market does not "sell" your personal data in the traditional sense. However, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" under CCPA. You can opt-out via your device’s "Limit Ad Tracking" settings.
The right to delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data collected in the past 12 months.
The right not to be discriminated against: You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your consumer rights.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Retention: We retain your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
Deletion: You have absolute control over your data:
Clear All Data (In-App): You can permanently delete all local content (tasks, history, settings) by navigating to Profile > Device & Data and selecting "Clear All Data".
Cloud Data: You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us or using in-app account deletion features (if applicable).
SECURITY
We use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. Authentications are handled by Google, and we never store your passwords. Communication with third-party services is encrypted via HTTPS. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
