The data controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
When contacting us (e.g., via email), personal data is collected. The data collected depends on your method of contact. This data is stored and used exclusively to respond to your inquiry or for the related technical administration.
The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If the contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after final processing of the request, unless legal retention obligations apply.
3.1 For the processing of user accounts and app functionalities, we collaborate with the following service providers. Certain personal data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary for the implementation of services.
3.2 Supabase
We use Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #9199, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) for storing user data and uploaded images. This includes:

All data is securely stored and deleted completely when the user deletes their account. Supabase may store data on servers located outside the EU, including the United States. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (with your consent).

3.3 Google OAuth and Apple Sign In
For user authentication, we use:
Google OAuth (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
Apple Sign In (Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA)
When logging in via these services, certain data such as your name, email address, and profile picture (if available) may be shared with us. This is necessary to authenticate and manage user accounts.
Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by disconnecting your account in the app settings.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app by navigating to the start tab and selecting the settings cog in the top right corner. Upon deletion:
Your email and password will be deleted
All uploaded images and user data will be completely removed from our servers
