Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Match Aquarium app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by JustLuck (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Service Provider or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors.
Use any automated means, including but not limited to macros, bots, scripts, or third-party software, to gain an unfair advantage, exploit bugs or glitches, or interfere with the normal operation of the Application.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age, or your affiliation with any person or entity.
In-App Purchases
The Application may offer in-app purchases of virtual items, currency, or content ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are processed through the applicable app marketplace (Google Play, App Store, etc.), and are subject to that marketplace's payment terms and refund policies.
Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of legal tender. All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app marketplace.
Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use the Service Provider's trademarks or trade dress without prior written consent.
Modifications to the Application
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice, and without liability.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, the Service Provider will provide notice by updating this page with the new Terms. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are effective as of 2026-07-23.
