By downloading or using MaaDiet, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
During onboarding, MaaDiet asks you to provide:
Pregnancy month and trimester
Dietary preference (Vegetarian / Eggetarian / Non-Vegetarian)
Regional cuisine preference
Daily routine type
Budget preference
Current pregnancy symptoms
Food dislikes
This information is stored only on your device using Android SharedPreferences. It is never transmitted to any server, third party or external system. We do not have access to this data.
MaaDiet does not collect, store or transmit:
Your name, email address or phone number
Your location or GPS data
Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
Health records or medical history
Payment or financial information
Camera, microphone or contacts data
Usage analytics or crash reports
MaaDiet is a fully offline application. All features — including meal plans, food safety checks, weekly planning and personalisation — function without an internet connection.
No user account is required
No login is required
No data is sent to any server
No internet connection is needed after installation
The only internet activity that may occur is the initial download of the Plus Jakarta Sans font via Google Fonts on first launch. This is a standard Android system-level font request and does not transmit any personal information.
MaaDiet does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media SDKs or tracking services.

No personal data is shared with any third party.
MaaDiet does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is designed for adult pregnant women. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Since MaaDiet stores all preference data locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences, the security of your data depends on your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption etc.). We recommend keeping your device secure.
We do not maintain any servers or databases that store your information, so there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your data.
All data saved by MaaDiet exists only on your device.
To delete all app data:
Go to your device Settings
Tap Apps or Application Manager
Find MaaDiet
Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage
This permanently removes all preferences and resets the app. Alternatively, uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device.
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights:
Right to access — know what data the App holds about you
Right to deletion — delete your data at any time (see Section 7)
Right to portability — since all data is stored locally, you control it directly
Right to withdraw consent — stop using the App at any time
Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, most of these rights can be exercised directly through your device settings.
MaaDiet provides general Indian pregnancy nutrition information for educational and informational purposes only. The content in this App:
Is not a substitute for professional medical advice
Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition
Should not replace guidance from your doctor, gynaecologist or registered dietitian
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet during pregnancy. If you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
