1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to users of LudoGang. LudoGang is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older and who are legally permitted to play online skill-based games in their location.
You must not use LudoGang if you are under 18 years of age, outside India where our services are not offered, or located in a state or territory where participation in our games is restricted by law or by our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2. Information We Collect

Account and Identity Information

- Display name, profile name, avatar, token color, language preference, and profile settings.

- Eligibility confirmations, including age confirmation and location/state declarations.
Gameplay and Tournament Information

Please avoid sharing sensitive information in public profile fields, game names, chat, referral messages, or support attachments unless needed.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide LudoGang, maintain your account, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, payment, and regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention practices. Some records, especially payment, wallet, KYC, fraud, tax, and dispute records, may need to be retained even after account closure.

These safeguards may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, network security, restricted personnel access, and secure infrastructure practices.
No internet-based service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs, account access, and login credentials secure. Do not share OTPs or account access with anyone.

- Withdraw consent for optional processing.

We may also send promotional or marketing communications where permitted. You may opt out of promotional communications using available unsubscribe or preference options, but you may still receive important service messages.

If you use our website or web-based services, we may use cookies, pixels, local storage, SDKs, or similar technologies to remember preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, improve performance, detect fraud, and understand how users interact with LudoGang.
