DuenteLabs ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the LensTracky mobile application (the "App").
LensTracky is designed with your privacy in mind. All personal data related to your contact lens usage, tracking, schedules, and preferences are stored locally and exclusively on your device. We do not transmit, sync, or store any of your personal tracking data on our servers.
Because the App operates offline for its core features, we do not require you to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App.
However, to maintain and improve the App's performance and user experience, we utilize third-party services that automatically collect certain non-identifiable information:
Crash Reporting: We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor the App's stability. If the App crashes, Crashlytics collects anonymous data, including your device model, operating system version, and the state of the App at the time of the crash (stack traces). This helps us identify and fix bugs.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App. This service may collect anonymous usage data, such as the screens you visit, the features you use most frequently, device identifiers, and session durations.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. The anonymous usage and crash data collected by our third-party services are strictly used for diagnostic, developmental, and analytical purposes to improve LensTracky.
We value your trust. While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, all core App data remains entirely within your device's local storage sandbox, protected by your operating system's native security features.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
