We are "Khiran," an application developer (referred to herein as "The Developer"). This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed and published under our Developer Account on the App Store and any other platforms.

We adhere strictly to a "minimum data collection" principle.
We do not collect or store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) that can identify you or your child, such as: name, address, email address, phone number, precise geolocation, or any personal photos or voice recordings.
Specifically, our applications designed for children, like the "Khiran Game" (coloring and puzzle games), are built to collect no personal data whatsoever to comply with the highest privacy standards, including the App Store's requirements for the Kids Category.
We may utilize basic technological tools to collect generalized, completely anonymous statistical data (which cannot be linked back to an individual person). This may include:
Basic Usage Data: Such as device type (phone/tablet), operating system version, and general usage time.
Purpose: The sole purpose of collecting this data is to improve application performance and discover technical errors. This data does not identify you.
All applications published by us and categorized under the "Kids" section:
Do not collect personal data from any user, including children under the age of 13.
Do not contain behavioral tracking advertisements or personalized tracking tools.
We comply with all legal and procedural requirements for the protection of children's privacy, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties, as we do not collect any personal data in the first place.
The anonymous data we may collect (as outlined in Section 2-B) may be processed by third-party services (like platform-internal analytics services) solely for the purpose of improving the applications.
