1.1 Account and Profile Information

Depending on the features you use, we may collect information such as:

• Provider profile information

• Service categories and services offered

• Professional information

• Profile information and images

• Account authentication information

This information is used to create and maintain your provider account and to allow customers to identify and request services from you.

2. Service and Order Information

When you receive or manage a customer service request, we may collect and process information related to the service order, including:

• Service request information

• Order ID

• Service details

• Requested services

• Order status

• Service location

• Service address or other location information supplied as part of the order

• Information related to accepted, rejected, cancelled, completed, or active orders

This information is used to allow providers to receive, accept, manage, and complete customer service requests.

3. Location Information

Location information is an important feature of Expert (Service Provider) for active service orders.

When a provider starts location tracking for an active service order, the App may collect precise location information from the provider's device.

This may include:

• Latitude

• Longitude

• Location accuracy

• Speed

• Direction/heading

• Timestamp associated with the location update

How we use location information

We use provider location information to:

• Provide the customer's associated service order with the provider's current location;

• Allow customers to track the provider's progress during an active service order;

• Help coordinate the provider's arrival at the requested service location; and

• Support the delivery and completion of the requested service.

Background location

When location tracking is active for an eligible service order, location information may continue to be collected when the Expert (Service Provider) App is not actively being used or is running in the background, where permitted by the device and operating system.

Background location access is used to maintain location updates for the active service order so that the customer can continue to receive relevant provider-location information while the service is in progress.

Location tracking is limited to the active service/order tracking functionality. It is not used for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Location tracking is stopped when the provider stops tracking or when the applicable service order is completed or cancelled.

• 4. How Location Information Is Shared

• When an active service order is being tracked, the provider's location information may be transmitted to our backend systems so that it can be processed and made available to the customer associated with that active service order.

• The provider's location is not intended to be publicly available to unrelated users.

• We do not use provider location information for advertising, targeted advertising, or unrelated marketing purposes.

• We may use technical service providers, hosting providers, networking services, or other infrastructure providers that process information on our behalf as necessary to operate and maintain the App and its services.

5. External Maps and Navigation

The App may provide the service destination to an external mapping or navigation application when the provider chooses to open the service location for navigation.

For example, the provider may be redirected to an available navigation application such as Google Maps or Apple Maps.

Navigation, routing, and turn-by-turn directions are provided by the selected external mapping application and are not provided directly inside Expert (Service Provider).

When you use an external mapping application, that application may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Expert (Service Provider) does not control the privacy practices of external mapping applications.

6. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage provider accounts;

• Authenticate providers;

• Display provider profiles and services;

• Allow providers to receive customer service requests;

• Allow providers to accept, reject, manage, and complete service orders;

• Provide provider location updates to customers during active service orders;

• Coordinate service delivery;

• Provide service-location information for external navigation;

• Maintain and operate the App;

• Provide customer and provider support;

• Detect, prevent, and investigate technical or security problems;

• Improve the reliability and functionality of the App; and

• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use precise provider location information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

7. Device and Technical Information

When you use the App, certain technical information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Depending on the functionality being used, this may include:

• Device type and model;

• Operating system and version;

• App version;

• IP address;

• Network and connectivity information;

• Authentication/session information;

• Error and diagnostic information; and

• Technical information necessary to maintain the security and functionality of the App.

8. Notifications

The App may use push notifications to notify providers about service requests, order updates, account-related information, and other relevant events.

Notifications may be delivered through third-party notification infrastructure such as Firebase Cloud Messaging.

You can control notification permissions through your device settings, subject to the functionality of the App.

9. Sharing of Information

We may share or disclose information when necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy.

This may include sharing information with:

Customers

Information necessary to fulfil a service request may be shared with the customer associated with that request.

For active tracked orders, this may include the provider's location information.

Service Providers and Technical Partners

We may use third-party service providers that support:

• Hosting and backend infrastructure;

• Database and data storage;

• Networking;

• Authentication;

• Push notifications;

• Security;

• Application operation and maintenance; and

• Other technical services required to operate the App.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws or legal processes;

• Respond to lawful requests from authorities;

• Protect the rights, safety, and security of our users;

• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats; or

• Protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information or precise location information.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal and sensitive information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

Information transmitted between the App and our backend services may be protected using appropriate security mechanisms, such as encrypted network communication where supported.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Location Permission and User Choices

Location access is requested when location functionality is required for an active service order.

Before requesting the applicable location permission, the App provides an in-app disclosure explaining how location information is used.

You can control location permissions through your device's operating-system settings.

If location permission is denied or disabled, features that require provider location information may not function correctly.

Location tracking is intended to operate only for the applicable active service order.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and operate our services;

• Maintain provider and service records;

• Process and manage service orders;

• Provide customer and provider support;

• Maintain security and prevent fraud;

• Resolve disputes; and

• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Location information associated with service orders is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our operational and legal requirements.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our applicable data-retention practices and legal obligations.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Expert (Service Provider) provides an account deletion option within the App through the provider's Profile/Account settings.

If the provider has no active service orders or requests requiring completion, the provider may initiate account deletion directly from the App.

If the provider has an active service order or other ongoing service obligation, account deletion may require contacting our support team so that the active service can be properly handled before the account and associated data are deleted.

Users who no longer have access to the App may also request account deletion and associated data deletion by contacting:

Please include your registered account information and clearly state that you are requesting account and data deletion.

After verifying the request, we will process the deletion of the applicable account and associated personal information. We will delete information that is required to be deleted under applicable requirements, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.

Any information retained for such legitimate purposes will be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for that purpose.

14. Children's Privacy

Expert (Service Provider) is intended for service providers and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing the provider services described in this App.
