This page describes the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Legal Disclaimer, Ethical Use Notice, and User Agreement for the IND Appointment Helper Chrome extension (“the Extension”).
By installing or using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree to all content on this page.
The Extension is created solely to assist individuals with genuine, urgent needs in securing an appointment with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND).
It automates appointment availability checks and books a slot only within the user’s selected date and time range (maximum 7 days).
The Extension is independent and not affiliated with the IND or the Dutch government.
The Extension may locally store the following information only for the purpose of filling the IND appointment form:
Appointment purpose
Selected IND desk
Preferred date and time range
Personal details of up to six individuals
All information is stored only on your device (Chrome local storage).
The Extension:
❌ Does NOT send any data to external servers
❌ Does NOT collect, transmit, or sell personal data
❌ Does NOT use cookies or analytics
❌ Does NOT track user behavior
❌ Does NOT share data with any third party
❌ Does NOT create accounts or require registration
The extension runs entirely on the user’s computer.
You may delete all stored personal information at any time by clicking “Clear User Info” in the Extension.
Uninstalling the Extension also removes all locally stored data.
Because no data is transmitted or collected, standard GDPR rules apply only in the context of local device storage.
No personal data is accessible to the author or any external party.
By using the Extension, you agree to the following conditions:
You may use the Extension only if:
You have a legitimate, urgent need to make an IND appointment
You use the Extension only for yourself, or for individuals you are directly helping
You understand that appointment availability is not guaranteed
You use the Extension in a responsible, ethical manner
You may NOT:
Sell, resell, rent, or trade appointment slots
Use the Extension for commercial purposes or as part of a paid service
Automate the Extension through external scripts or bots
Use the Extension in a manner that disrupts or overloads IND systems
Attempt to bypass IND security features, CAPTCHA, or rate limits
Misrepresent personal information
Use the Extension at scale via servers, farms, or automation frameworks
Misuse may violate Dutch law and IND terms of use.
The Extension:
Only checks appointments within the next 7 days
Stops automatically once an appointment is booked
Stops automatically after 24 hours if no appointments are found
May stop working if IND changes its website or systems
Cannot guarantee successful booking or IND acceptance
The author cannot guarantee uptime, availability, or future compatibility.
The Extension is a third-party tool, not endorsed or approved by IND.
The author is not responsible for appointment availability, accuracy of IND information, or changes to the IND system.
The author assumes no liability for:
Missed or cancelled appointments
Errors caused by changes in IND systems
User misuse or illegal use
Any consequences arising from incorrect user input
Losses, damage, legal claims, or disputes between the user and IND
Your use of the Extension is entirely at your own risk.
This tool exists to provide fair access for individuals in urgent need.
To protect fairness and prevent abuse:
Commercial use
Selling or brokering appointment slots
Running the tool on behalf of large groups without consent
High-frequency automated scraping
Any use that disadvantages other applicants
Violating these rules may result in legal consequences under Dutch law.
By installing or using the Extension, you confirm that:
You have read and agree to this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Legal Disclaimer.
You have an urgent personal need for an IND appointment.
You will not use the Extension for commercial purposes or resell appointments.
All personal information you enter belongs to you or people who gave permission.
You understand that the Extension is not affiliated with IND.
You understand that the Extension may stop functioning if IND updates its website.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with Dutch law and IND rules.
If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, do not use the Extension.
