All core operations of ImaPDF are performed locally on the user’s device to ensure maximum privacy and security:
Images and files are never uploaded to any external servers.
The conversion process from images to PDF is executed entirely on-device without any cloud processing.
The application does not store, copy, or transfer files outside the user’s local device environment.
User data remains fully under the user's control at all times.
ImaPDF does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
However, the app uses third-party advertising services such as Unity Ads, which may automatically collect certain device-related information including:
Device information
IP address (approximate location)
Advertising identifiers

ImaPDF requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)
Used to allow users to select images from their device and convert them into PDF files.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
Used to allow access to images stored on the device for PDF creation on older Android versions.
CAMERA
Used only when the user chooses to capture a photo inside the app.
The app does not access the camera without user interaction.
On supported Android versions, ImaPDF saves generated PDF files locally on the user’s device.

For older Android versions, the app may use legacy storage access mechanisms to save files into the device’s public Downloads folder.
All PDF generation and processing are performed locally on the device.
No images or generated PDF files are uploaded to external servers by the app.

Third-party advertising providers such as Unity Ads may collect non-personal usage and device-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies for advertisement delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and ad performance measurement.
All permissions are requested at runtime. Permissions are only requested when the related feature is actively used by the user (for example, camera access is requested only when capturing images directly from the app) and are used strictly for the purposes described above. ImaPDF does not collect or share personal user data beyond what is necessary for app functionality and advertising services.
Users can:
Disable personalized ads via device settings or consent prompts (where applicable).
Reset or limit the use of the advertising ID.
Manage or revoke app permissions at any time through device settings.
ImaPDF uses Unity Ads to display advertisements inside the app.
Unity Ads may collect and process certain device-related identifiers and advertising data, including Advertising IDs, for purposes such as:
• Delivering and improving advertisements
• Analytics and performance measurement
• Fraud prevention and security
• Ad personalization and optimization
The app itself does not sell personal user data.
Users may manage advertising preferences or reset their device advertising ID through Android device settings.
ImaPDF does not store personal data on external servers and does not retain any files beyond what is stored locally on the user’s device. All images and files processed within the app remain on the user’s device and are not transmitted or stored elsewhere.
The app is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
While all processing is done locally, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, including using passwords or biometric authentication.
