ImaPDF is provided by Muhis Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the ImaPDF mobile application (the "App") processes information when you select or capture images, create, read, edit, save, print, share, or open PDF files, and view advertisements.
The App does not require an account, and Muhis Apps does not operate a server that receives your images or PDF contents.
Core image and PDF processing is performed on your device. The App does include third-party advertising and supporting software that may automatically process technical, advertising, usage, and diagnostic information as described below and in the providers' own privacy policies.
Images and Camera
When you choose images, the App accesses only the images you select through Android's system picker or another user-initiated file interface.
If you choose to take a photo, the App accesses the camera after you grant permission.
Image decoding, cropping, rotation, enhancement, compression, and conversion are performed locally on the device. Muhis Apps does not upload these images to its own servers.
PDF Files and Document Content
PDF creation, reading, search, page rendering, editing, rotation, replacement, and conversion to images are performed locally.
The App does not automatically upload PDF files, document text, search terms, or rendered pages to a server operated by Muhis Apps.
Local Settings and Activity
The App stores settings and operational data locally, which may include:
The selected application language.
A selected save-folder reference and folder name.
The last page read.
PDF bookmarks.
Feature and advertising counters.
Rating counters.
Other preferences needed to provide or remember App functions.
The App also creates a random installation identifier in the form imapdf-UUID, stores it locally, and sends it to Appodeal for advertising and measurement purposes.
Saved and Temporary Files
Generated PDFs and images are saved to the device at your request.
The default locations may include:

You may also choose another folder through Android's Storage Access Framework.
The App may keep working copies, imported PDFs, or rendered pages in its internal cache. Cached files may remain until Android clears them, the App replaces or removes them, you clear App storage, or you uninstall the App.
The App uses Appodeal SDK 4.4.0 as its advertising mediation platform.
The current build includes the following advertising partners:

Vungle / Liftoff Monetize
Supporting mediation, measurement, and diagnostic technologies may include Bidon, IAB/Open Measurement components, and Sentry components used through Appodeal.
Depending on the provider, region, device settings, consent choices, and advertising configuration, these services may process:
The Google Advertising ID, App Set ID, the random imapdf-UUID installation identifier, and similar device or installation identifiers.
IP address, mobile carrier, connection type, network information, and an approximate location inferred from the IP address or network signals. The App does not request GPS or precise-location permission.
Device and software information, such as the device model, operating-system version, language, country or region, display characteristics, memory, storage, user agent, App package, and App version.
Ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, conversions, placement, frequency, rewarded-ad status, and other advertising interactions.
App-use context sent by the App, including the current page or section, placement, operation flow, number of selected images, whether a rewarded-ad threshold applies, and the App language.
Consent and privacy-choice signals, diagnostics, SDK performance information, security signals, and fraud or invalid-traffic indicators.
Advertising providers may use this information to:
Request, select, and deliver advertisements.
Personalize advertisements where legally permitted.
Limit advertising frequency.
Measure advertising performance.
Perform attribution and analytics.
Diagnose technical problems.
Maintain security.
Prevent fraud and invalid advertising traffic.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent data controllers or service providers depending on applicable law and context.
Camera
Used only when you choose to capture a photo inside the App. The App does not access the camera without your action and permission.
Photos and Files
On current Android versions, the App uses system pickers so you select the images or documents you want to open.
On Android 8 and Android 9, legacy read or write storage permissions may be used to open or save files in public storage.
Internet, Network State, and Wi-Fi State
Used to:
Load advertisements.
Manage consent and privacy choices.
Check connection availability.
Support advertising security and diagnostics.
Internet access is not required for the local image-to-PDF processing itself.
Advertising ID
The Advertising ID may be used by integrated advertising SDKs where available and allowed by Android settings and applicable consent choices.
Other Technical Permissions
Vibration and platform attestation or license checks may be used by integrated advertising SDKs for interactive advertisements, device integrity, security, or fraud prevention.
You can manage App permissions through Android Settings. Refusing an optional permission affects the feature that requires it.
Some technical permissions are granted automatically by Android and are used by advertising components rather than by the local conversion feature.
The App lets you:
Share a file through Android's sharing interface.
Send a document to a printing service.
Open a file in another application.
Save files to a folder or cloud-storage provider you select.
These transfers occur only after you choose the relevant action.
Once a file is provided to another application, printing service, cloud provider, or recipient, that third party processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Muhis Apps does not control the recipient's storage, retention, security, or further sharing of the file.
Where required by applicable law or advertising configuration, Appodeal's consent tools may display a consent form when the advertising SDK is initialized.
When the Privacy Options entry is available in the App's settings, you can use it to review or change applicable choices, including choices related to personalized advertising or the sale or sharing of information under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
You can also reset or manage the Advertising ID and advertising-personalization controls through Android or Google settings.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all technical processing. Limited data may still be processed for:
Contextual advertising.
Frequency capping.
Advertising measurement.
Diagnostics.
Security.
Fraud prevention.
Compliance with legal obligations.
Muhis Apps does not sell your images, PDF files, or document contents for money.
Advertising partners may process or disclose advertising data for targeted or cross-context advertising where permitted. Some privacy laws may define this activity as a sale or sharing of personal information.
Generated PDFs and Images
Generated files remain in Downloads or the folder you selected until you delete them.
Local Settings
The save-folder reference, language, last-read page, PDF bookmarks, preferences, counters, and random imapdf-UUID identifier remain locally until they are changed, cleared with App storage, or removed by uninstalling the App.
Some individual values may also be reset through App functions.
Cached Files
Cached working files may remain until:
Android clears the cache.
The App replaces or removes them.
You clear the App's storage.
You uninstall the App.
Advertising Data
Third-party advertising and diagnostic providers retain information according to their own privacy policies, legal obligations, and contractual settings.
Muhis Apps does not directly control the providers' retention systems.
How to Delete Local Data
The App has no user account and no Muhis Apps cloud database containing your images or PDFs.
To remove local App data, you can:
Delete generated files using your device's file manager.
Clear ImaPDF storage through Android Settings.
Uninstall the App.
For information held by an advertising provider, use that provider's privacy tools or contact method. You may also contact us for assistance identifying the relevant provider.
Muhis Apps uses a local-first design and disables Android automatic backup for the App.
You should protect your device and exported or shared files using appropriate device-security features, such as a password, PIN, or biometric authentication.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Muhis Apps does not operate the advertising providers' network endpoints and does not independently guarantee that every transmission made by every third-party SDK is encrypted. Each provider is responsible for the security safeguards described in its privacy policy.
ImaPDF is a general-purpose document utility and is not directed to children under 13 or to children below the applicable digital-consent age in their country.
The App is configured as not child-directed and does not ask users to create an account or provide a name or age.
Children who are permitted to use the App should do so only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising services contrary to applicable law, contact us and the relevant advertising provider.
Advertising, measurement, and diagnostic providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Each provider is responsible for the international-transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in its privacy policy and contractual terms.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
Access your personal information.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion.
Restrict or object to processing.
Receive a copy of your information.
Withdraw consent.
Opt out of targeted advertising or certain sales or sharing.
Submit a complaint to a data-protection authority.
For files and settings stored only on your device, you can exercise access and deletion directly through the App, Android Settings, or your file manager.
For advertising-provider data, use the provider's privacy controls or contact channels.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change.
We will post the revised policy at the App's published privacy-policy URL and update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
