ImaPDF respects the privacy of its users and follows a strict policy of minimizing data collection. All image processing is performed locally on the user’s device to ensure the highest levels of security and privacy.
All core operations of ImaPDF are performed locally on the user’s device to ensure maximum privacy and security:
Images and files are never uploaded to any external servers.
The conversion process from images to PDF is executed entirely on-device without any cloud processing.
The application does not store, copy, or transfer files outside the user’s local device environment.
User data remains fully under the user's control at all times.
ImaPDF does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
However, the app uses Start.io as a third-party advertising service. Start.io may automatically collect and process certain device-related information for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, in accordance with its own privacy policy:
Device information
IP address (approximate location)
Advertising identifiers
This data may be processed by third-party advertising providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
ImaPDF does not directly access, store, or control this data.
The application uses Start.io as a third-party advertising service.
Start.io may collect and process certain information, such as device and operating system information, IP address, advertising identifiers, app interaction information, and advertising performance data, subject to applicable laws, user choices, and Start.io's privacy policy.
This information may be used for advertisement delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
ImaPDF does not directly store or control data processed independently by Start.io.

ImaPDF requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features:
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)
Used to allow users to select images from their device and convert them into PDF files.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below)
Used to allow access to images stored on the device for PDF creation on older Android versions.
CAMERA
Used only when the user chooses to capture a photo inside the app.
The app does not access the camera without user interaction.
On supported Android versions, ImaPDF saves generated PDF files locally on the user’s device.

For older Android versions, the app may use legacy storage access mechanisms to save files into the device’s public Downloads folder.
All PDF generation and processing are performed locally on the device.
No images or generated PDF files are uploaded to external servers by the app.

Check internet connectivity status
Start.io may collect and process device-related, advertising, and usage information in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable laws for advertisement delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
All permissions are requested at runtime. Permissions are only requested when the related feature is actively used by the user (for example, camera access is requested only when capturing images directly from the app) and are used strictly for the purposes described above. ImaPDF does not collect or share personal user data beyond what is necessary for app functionality and advertising services.
Users can:
Disable personalized ads via device settings or consent prompts (where applicable).
Reset or limit the use of the advertising ID.
Manage or revoke app permissions at any time through device settings.
ImaPDF uses Start.io to display advertisements inside the app.
Start.io may collect and process device-related, advertising, and usage information in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy for purposes such as:
• Delivering and measuring advertisements
• Analytics and performance measurement
• Fraud prevention and security
• Advertising optimization, where permitted
ImaPDF does not sell users' personal data.
Users may manage applicable advertising preferences and permissions through their device settings and any consent mechanisms provided where required.
ImaPDF does not store personal data on external servers and does not retain any files beyond what is stored locally on the user’s device. All images and files processed within the app remain on the user’s device and are not transmitted or stored elsewhere.
The app is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
While all processing is done locally, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, including using passwords or biometric authentication.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect technological or legal changes. All updates will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
