When you need to contact us or make related inquiries, to ensure the security of your account and system, and to facilitate communication and prompt resolution of your issues, we require you to provide necessary information to verify your identity and address the problem, which may include your login account, email address, phone number, device ID, system language, app version, and other relevant information.

3. Providing Security

To ensure you can normally use our products or services, produce statistical and analytical data for our products, and enhance the security of your device account, we may collect information about your device, such as device ID, device name, device type, version, system version, IP address, application ID, network connection status, access mode and type, and other agreed-upon information.

Please note that if you refuse to authorize us or our partnered third-party platforms to obtain the above information, you may not be able to use our App normally or may be subject to certain restrictions during its use. Additionally, if your Android system version is below 6.0, we may collect your [IMEI, IMSI, MAC address], therefore it's crucial that you upgrade your system to version 6.0 or higher.

a. Services Based on System Permissions

Some of the basic functionalities we offer might involve the collection and use of your personal information via enabling system permissions. If you choose not to enable certain permissions, it will not affect your use of other basic services of our product.

i. To save players' data and pictures, and to allow for the upload of images via feedback pages in photo albums, we may request your permission to access and write to external device storage. However, we will seek your separate consent when using this permission.

ii. Throughout the provision of our services, to prevent an increase in your mobile data usage, we may need to check your network connection status to provide you with traffic usage notifications.

These payment services are provided by Google, and we will only obtain verification information of your completed payment from the Google payment service provider to provide you the corresponding paid products and services. In order to ensure the stable operation and functional integrity of our products, enabling you to use and enjoy more services and features, we may embed authorized third-party SDKs or similar applications within certain products.
