NimoG Global built Game Emulator: GB4 Retro Games as a Freemium app and an Ad-Support app. This Service is provided by NimoG Global and is intended for use as is.
When you use my mobile application, as the case may be (the "App") and more generally, use any of my services (the "Services", which include the App), I appreciate that you are trusting me with your personal information. Game Emulator: GB4 Retro Games does not require users to create an account with NimoG Global in order to use the basic features of the Application.

NimoG Global does not collect your full payment data when you make purchases in my Service. All payments, subscriptions, billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed through Google Play Billing.
Google may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as payment method information and transaction details. All payment data is handled by Google Play according to Google’s policies.
I may store purchase-related information, such as purchase tokens, product identifiers, purchase status, and subscription status, in order to confirm that You have paid for a feature and to keep purchased features available in the Application.
2.1.4 Information Collected while Using the Application
While using My Application, to provide features of My Application, I may collect or access, with Your prior permission where required:
Information regarding your approximate location, where used by advertising, analytics, app store, or service providers
Files and documents selected or authorized by You for emulator-related functions
App activity, settings, diagnostics, and performance data
Advertising identifiers and device information used by advertising or analytics services
For Game Emulator: GB4 Retro Games, file access is used to provide emulator-related functions, such as loading compatible game files, displaying a game library, saving progress, managing save files, applying settings, and supporting file compatibility.
The Application does not need access to Your contacts list for its core emulator functionality.
The Application does not use Your camera or photo library for its core emulator functionality unless a specific feature clearly requires it and You grant permission.
You can enable or disable access to certain information at any time through Your Device settings.
2.1.5 User Files, ROMs, BIOS Files, and Save Data
Game Emulator: GB4 Retro Games may allow You to select, import, load, organize, or use files from Your Device or folders You authorize. These files may include game files, ROM files, BIOS files, save files, save states, patches, cheats, screenshots, or configuration files.
User-imported files are generally processed locally on Your Device as necessary to provide emulator functionality.
I do not claim ownership of Your ROM files, BIOS files, game files, save files, save states, screenshots, or other user-imported files.
I do not read, review, monitor, scan, upload, share, sell, or analyze the contents of Your user-imported files for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing emulator functionality.
The Application may process user-selected files locally only as necessary to provide core emulator functions, such as loading compatible files, displaying a game library, saving progress, applying settings, or supporting file compatibility.
I do not provide, host, sell, distribute, or make available ROM files, BIOS files, copyrighted games, console firmware, or other copyrighted content.
You are responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting Your own local files.
In Short: I process your information to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support my Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
I may use Personal Data and Usage Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain my Service, including to monitor the usage of my Service.
To provide emulator-related features, including loading compatible files, organizing a game library, saving progress, applying settings, and improving file compatibility.
