Welcome to FunTopix: AI Funny Video Maker (the "App"). We value your privacy and are committed to transparency. This policy explains how we handle your data, focusing on our "Local-Only" processing approach.
Our App is designed so that your creative content stays yours.
On-Device Processing: All AI magic, voice changing, and video effects are processed locally on your device.
No Media Uploads: We do not upload your videos or photos to any external servers. Your recordings and gallery selections never leave your phone.
No Identity Collection: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal identity data.
To provide our core features, we require specific permissions, which are only activated with your consent:
Camera: Used solely to record instant 30s, 60s, or 10-minute videos within the app.
Microphone: Used to record audio for the video so the AI can apply voice effects.
Gallery/Storage: Used to allow you to select existing videos for AI transformation and to save your finished videos to your device.
While we do not collect your personal files, we use industry-standard third-party services to improve the app and show ads. These services may collect non-sensitive technical data:
Google AdMob: To display advertisements. Uses the Android Advertising ID to show relevant ads. AdMob Privacy Policy
Meta (Facebook) Audience Network: To provide relevant ad content. Meta Privacy Policy
Firebase & Google Analytics: To track app performance, session duration, and feature usage (e.g., which video length is most popular). This data is anonymous. Firebase Privacy Policy
Firebase Crashlytics: To collect anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs and improve stability.
We use commercially acceptable means to protect any technical data transmitted (like crash reports or analytics), which is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Since we do not store your videos on any server, there is no risk of your media being leaked from our systems.
FunTopix does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take necessary action.
Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Permission Control: You can revoke Camera or Gallery access at any time through your device's App Settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
