This Privacy Policy explains how VRoomZ collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the app. Please read it carefully before using our services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, account role, profile photo, and location details.
If you create a driver or delivery account, we may also collect documents you upload such as passport, driving license, or company license files.
2. Authentication and Account Access
You may sign in using email and password or supported social sign-in methods such as Google Sign-In.
When you use social login, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image from the authentication provider.
3. Location Information
VRoomZ uses location information to help users choose pickup and drop-off points, show maps, improve delivery and towing services, and support route-related features.
For drivers and delivery personnel, location data may also be used during active service and tracking flows.
4. Files, Photos, and Documents
If you choose to upload files, images, or verification documents, we collect those files only for the purposes of account setup, profile management, verification, or service delivery.
We do not access files on your device unless you choose them through the app.
5. Payments
VRoomZ uses Stripe to support payment-related features. Payment information may be processed by Stripe and its services.
We do not state that we store full card numbers directly inside the app. Please also review Stripe's privacy practices when using payment features.
6. Notifications
We may collect and use push notification tokens, including Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, so we can send account, order, and service-related notifications to your device.
7. How We Use Information
We use collected information to create and manage accounts, provide towing and delivery services, personalize the app experience, process payments, communicate with users, support customer service, improve performance, and maintain app security.
8. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers and platforms that help operate the app, such as backend hosting providers, Google Maps services, Firebase services, file storage services, and Stripe.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to complete a service you request.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Uploaded account documents may be retained for verification and compliance purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, but some app features may not work correctly without it.
You can also manage device permissions such as location, notifications, files, and photos through your device settings.
12. Children's Privacy
VRoomZ is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
