This Policy is formulated in strict compliance with applicable United States data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)/California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and fully adheres to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Developer Program Policies. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Personal Information" means any information that can be used alone or in combination with other reasonably available information to identify, contact, or locate a specific individual, as defined by CCPA and applicable US federal laws. For the purposes of this Game, Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, Your name, email address, date of birth, device identifiers (e.g., OAID, Android ID), and in-game transaction records.
1.2 "Non-Personal Information" means information that cannot be used to identify a specific individual, including but not limited to anonymized device information, aggregated gameplay data, browser type, and operating system version. Non-Personal Information does not constitute Personal Information under applicable US laws and Google Play policies.
1.3 "Service Providers" refers to third-party entities that provide auxiliary services for the operation of the Game, such as server hosting, payment processing, analytics, and anti-cheat services, which are bound by confidentiality obligations and Google Play's third-party service provider requirements.
2. Collection of Information
We strictly comply with the principle of "minimum necessary" for data collection as required by Google Play policies and US privacy laws, and only collect information that is essential for the provision and improvement of the Game's services. The collection methods and types of information are as follows:
2.1 Voluntarily Provided Information
2.1.1 Account Registration: When You create an account to use the Game, You may voluntarily provide Personal Information such as a username, email address, or linked third-party account identifiers (e.g., Google Account UID). This information is used solely for account authentication, progress synchronization, and to comply with COPPA's age verification requirements.
2.1.2 In-Game Transactions: If You engage in in-game purchases (e.g., virtual currency, game props), We will collect transaction-related information, including but not limited to purchase amount, transaction time, and payment method. This information is necessary to complete the transaction, verify payment validity, and protect Your virtual asset security in accordance with Google Play's payment service regulations.
2.1.3 Voluntary Submissions: When You participate in in-game events, surveys, or contact our customer support (through in-game channels), You may voluntarily provide additional information. Such information will only be used for the specific purpose for which it is provided.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When You use the Game, We may automatically collect Non-Personal Information through technical means permitted by Google Play policies, including but not limited to:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (anonymized in accordance with Google Play requirements), and network connection type. This information is used to optimize the Game's performance on different devices, fix technical bugs, and ensure the stability of the Game.
- Gameplay Data: Login timestamps, in-game actions (e.g., mission completions, character interactions), gameplay duration, and crash logs. This information is used to analyze user behavior, improve game design, and enhance the overall user experience, without identifying specific individuals.
- Location Information (Optional): If You explicitly authorize the Game to access location information, We will only collect approximate location data (e.g., region) to allocate the nearest game server and reduce network latency. You can disable this permission at any time through Your device settings, and disabling it will not affect the basic gameplay functions.
2.3 Special Provisions for Minors (COPPA Compliance)
In strict compliance with COPPA, We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If You are under 13, You must obtain the prior written consent of Your parent or legal guardian before using the Game and providing any Personal Information. We will implement strict age verification mechanisms, limit gameplay time for minors in accordance with applicable US laws, and never collect more Personal Information than necessary for minors' gameplay. If We inadvertently collect Personal Information from a child under 13 without parental consent, We will promptly delete such information upon discovery or notification.
3. Use of Information
We will only use the collected information for the following legitimate and necessary purposes, in full compliance with US laws and Google Play policies:
- To provide and maintain the basic functions of the Game, including account management, progress synchronization, and in-game transaction processing;
- To optimize the Game's performance and user experience, such as adjusting game difficulty based on aggregated gameplay data, fixing technical issues, and updating game content;
- To ensure the security of the Game and users' accounts, including detecting and preventing cheating, fraud, and unauthorized access, in accordance with Google Play's anti-cheat and security requirements;
- To send You important notifications, such as game updates, server maintenance, and changes to this Policy. You can disable non-essential notifications through the Game's settings;
- To comply with applicable US legal obligations, such as responding to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory inquiries from US federal or state authorities (e.g., FTC);
- To provide personalized game recommendations only if You have explicitly consented to such use. You may withdraw Your consent at any time through the Game's privacy settings.
We will not use Your Personal Information for any purpose not stated in this Policy without Your prior explicit consent.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We strictly abide by US laws and Google Play's data sharing regulations, and will not sell, rent, or arbitrarily disclose Your Personal Information to third parties for commercial purposes, except as otherwise provided in this Policy. The circumstances for sharing or disclosing information are as follows:
- With Your Explicit Consent: We may share Your Personal Information with third parties only when We have obtained Your explicit written consent, and such sharing will be limited to the scope of the consent.
- Service Providers: We may share necessary Non-Personal Information or anonymized Personal Information with Service Providers who assist in the operation of the Game. All Service Providers are required to sign a confidentiality agreement with Us, comply with US privacy laws and Google Play's third-party policies, and only use the information for the specific services authorized by Us. We will conduct regular audits to ensure Service Providers' compliance.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose Your information to comply with applicable US federal or state laws, regulations, court orders, or subpoenas, or to respond to investigations by competent authorities (e.g., FTC) to protect public interests and legal rights.
- Business Restructuring: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Our assets, Your information may be transferred as part of the business assets. The transferee will be required to assume the same privacy protection obligations as set forth in this Policy and comply with US laws and Google Play policies.
- Aggregated Non-Personal Information: We may share aggregated, anonymized Non-Personal Information (e.g., total number of users, average gameplay time) with third parties for market research, industry analysis, or game optimization. This aggregated information cannot be linked to any specific individual and does not constitute Personal Information under US laws.
5. Protection and Retention of Information
5.1 Data Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in compliance with Google Play's data security requirements. These measures include, but are not limited to: (a) Encryption of data transmission (using SSL/TLS) and storage; (b) Strict access control to data, with only authorized personnel having access to Personal Information; (c) Regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and updates to security systems; (d) Formulation of data security incident response plans to promptly handle and notify relevant authorities and users in accordance with US laws in the event of a security breach.
5.2 Data Retention Period: We will retain Your Personal Information for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy, or as required by applicable US laws (e.g., COPPA's record-keeping requirements). Once the retention period expires, We will securely delete or anonymize Your Personal Information to ensure it no longer identifies You. If You delete Your Game account, We will promptly delete all Your Personal Information associated with the account, except as otherwise required by law.
5.3 Data Storage Location: All Your information is stored on secure servers located within the United States, in compliance with US cross-border data transfer laws and Google Play's data localization-related requirements. - Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Pursuant to CCPA/CPRA, You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Your Personal Information. We do not sell Your Personal Information, and if We share Your Personal Information with third parties (as permitted by this Policy), We will provide an opt-out mechanism in the Game's privacy settings.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If We process Your Personal Information based on Your consent, You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity of the processing of information based on the consent before the withdrawal.
