TV Stream Doctor may access device and network-related information needed to perform diagnostics, including Wi-Fi connection details, network status, IP/network information, latency measurements, packet loss results, diagnostic test results, and basic device/network environment information.
How Information Is Used
This information is used only to run network diagnostics, display results to the user, generate troubleshooting summaries, and allow the user to export diagnostic reports if they choose to do so.
Data Collection and Sharing
TV Stream Doctor does not require a user account. The app does not sell personal information. Diagnostic results are intended to remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export or share a report.
Third Parties
TV Stream Doctor does not share diagnostic data with advertisers or data brokers. If future versions use analytics, crash reporting, or cloud services, this policy will be updated to describe that use.
Children
TV Stream Doctor is not directed to children under 13.
