TesoroBoard Privacy Policy

TesoroBoard ("the App") is developed by Artea. I take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
1. Our core promise: we collect nothing
The App does **not** collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal information or usage data. Specifically:
- I operate no servers, and the App sends no data to the internet.
- I do not collect your name, email, phone number, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.
- I use no third‑party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- I do not collect your location. The App does not use GPS or location services.
- There are no accounts; you never register or sign in.
2. Bluetooth and vehicle data
The App communicates directly with your Tesla vehicle over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to read and display instrument data (such as speed, battery level, range, power, energy consumption, gear, cabin temperature, tire pressure, and time).
- This data is used only to display on your device's screen in real time. It is **not stored and never leaves your device**.
- To reconnect automatically next time, the App stores information about paired vehicles locally on your device (such as the Bluetooth identifier, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and any name you set). This information is **stored only on your device**, is not accessible to me, and can be deleted at any time within the App.
3. Network access and permissions
The App works fully without any network connection. You may use it in Airplane Mode with only Bluetooth enabled. The App uses the Bluetooth permission solely to communicate with your vehicle.
4. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.
5. Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I will post the new version on this page and update the "Effective date" above.
