HOUSE OF BARDS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built the Starweave app as a Free game. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Starweave is designed with a strict "Observatory Oath"—meaning the application is entirely private. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
Local Storage: All game data, including your constellation progress, high scores, collected stars (coins), and settings, are saved exclusively on your local device.
Zero Transmission: We do not transmit your local save data to any external servers or databases. If you uninstall the app or clear your device's app data, your game progress will be permanently deleted.
Starweave is a self-contained, offline experience.
We do not serve advertisements.
We do not integrate third-party analytics trackers.
We do not share or sell data to third-party marketing platforms.
In the case of an error in the app, we do not automatically collect Log Data or crash reports from your device. Any troubleshooting or bug reporting is entirely voluntary and must be initiated by you via direct email communication.
Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, nor do we collect such information from users of any age. Starweave is safe for all ages to play offline.
