At QuickReceipts, we value your privacy. This privacy policy describes how your information is handled when you use the QuickReceipts mobile application (the "App").

1. 100% OFFLINE DATA STORAGE

QuickReceipts is an offline-first utility application. 

- All expense data, notes, numbers, and receipt photo files are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.

- We do NOT run cloud databases, remote servers, or backup servers.

- Your financial logs and receipt photos never leave your device unless you choose to export and share them yourself (e.g., via email or messaging apps).

2. CAMERA & GALLERY PERMISSIONS

To log your receipts, the App requires permission to access your device's camera and/or gallery. These photos are copied to the App's secure private directory on your device and are only accessible by you inside the App.

3. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal identification information (such as names, emails, financial records, IP addresses, or location data). There are no user accounts, signup sheets, or tracking SDKs.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not share any data with third-party service providers. Since there is no internet connection needed for core functionality, no tracking code, analytics tool, or advertisement scripts are embedded in the application.

5. SECURITY

Your data is as secure as your physical device. We recommend securing your device with passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition to prevent unauthorized access to your locally stored receipts.
