QuickForm ("the App") is developed as a local-first, offline utility application. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how the App handles your data.

1. LOCAL-FIRST & OFFLINE-ONLY PRINCIPLE

QuickForm is designed to operate completely offline without requiring any internet connection, user accounts, or external databases.

- All information you input, including Business Details, Client Details, invoice items, amounts, taxes, and dates, is processed strictly on your mobile device.

- The PDF documents are compiled and generated entirely on-device.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

- We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal, financial, business, or client data to any external web servers, APIs, or third parties.

- All application data (such as profile details and invoice history) is stored locally on your device using secure local sandboxed storage.

- If you delete the App, all locally stored data, including your invoice history and profile configurations, will be permanently deleted from your device.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

QuickForm may request the following device permissions to enable core functionalities:

- STORAGE / FILES: Required to save the generated invoice and receipt PDF files to your device's local directories.

- SYSTEM SHARE: Required to send/share compiled PDFs to other apps (e.g., Email, messaging applications) at your explicit request.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertisements, tracking SDKs, or external databases. Your data never leaves your device.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

Since all data remains on your physical device, the security of your information relies on your device’s built-in security features (passcodes, biometric locks, and local encryption). We recommend keeping your operating system updated.

6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated text within the App or its store listings. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
