ParcelTrim Shipping Label Crop (“ParcelTrim” or the “App”) is developed and operated by Hedong District Weiruan Software Studio (河东区维软软件室), using the developer name RivetPeak Labs on Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains how ParcelTrim accesses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
ParcelTrim does not require you to create an account.
ParcelTrim allows you to import PDF documents and images, capture images using your device camera, crop shipping labels, enhance images, and export the processed results.
Your imported documents, images, shipping labels, and camera photos are processed locally on your device. We do not upload this content to a server operated by us for processing.
ParcelTrim may access the following content only when you select it or initiate the relevant feature:
PDF documents and images selected through the Android system file picker.
Photos captured after you grant camera permission.
Shipping label areas, barcodes, addresses, and other information contained in the documents or images you provide.
Exported files and local project information.
Camera permission is requested only when you choose to capture an image.
If you choose to share, print, save to cloud storage, or open a file using another application, the selected content will be provided to that application at your direction. The third-party application processes the content according to its own privacy policy.
ParcelTrim may store the following information locally on your device:
Local projects and project settings.
Crop regions, processing settings, and export preferences.
Generated or exported files.
App preferences.
Verified purchase entitlement status.
Local projects remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.
Exported files saved outside ParcelTrim remain in the location you selected until you delete them. ParcelTrim does not delete your original imported files.
ParcelTrim uses Google Firebase Analytics only after you explicitly agree to optional analytics collection.
If you provide consent, Firebase Analytics may collect limited usage and technical information, including:
App screens and features used.
Import and export source categories.
General success or failure status of certain actions.
Coarse counts or usage ranges.
App version, Android version, device model, language, and country or approximate location derived from network information.
An app-instance identifier generated by Firebase.
General purchase-flow status, such as whether a purchase was completed, cancelled, or failed.
Our custom analytics events are not designed to include:
The contents of your PDFs, photos, or shipping labels.
File names, file paths, or file URIs.
Shipping addresses, recipient information, or order details.
Barcode values.
Project names or project identifiers.
Payment card or bank account information.
Google Play purchase tokens.
Advertising content or advertising identifiers.
ParcelTrim does not display advertising and does not request the Android advertising ID permission.
You may decline analytics without losing access to the App’s core document-processing features. You may also disable analytics later through the App’s analytics setting. Disabling analytics stops future collection and resets locally stored analytics information. Information previously transmitted to Firebase may remain until it is deleted under the applicable retention settings.
Firebase Analytics user-level and event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months. Aggregated reports that no longer identify a particular app instance may be retained for a longer period.

ParcelTrim offers a one-time purchase through Google Play to unlock applicable paid features.
Google Play processes the payment transaction. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number, bank account details, or Google account password.
The App may receive limited purchase information from Google Play, such as:
Product identifier.
Purchase state.
Purchase token and verification information.
Whether the purchased entitlement is active.
This information is used only to verify or restore your purchase. ParcelTrim stores the resulting entitlement status locally on your device. Purchase tokens are not included in our custom Firebase Analytics events.
Google processes payments and maintains transaction records according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Information processed by ParcelTrim is used to:
Import, crop, process, and export documents and images.
Save and restore local projects.
Verify and restore Google Play purchases.
Understand feature usage when optional analytics is enabled.
Improve App reliability and user experience.
Respond to support requests.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be provided to:
Google Firebase Analytics, only when you enable optional analytics.
Google Play, for payment processing, purchase verification, licensing, and App distribution.
Applications or services selected by you, when you share, print, export, or upload a file.
Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law.
We do not use your documents, images, shipping labels, or personal information for advertising.
Local App data is retained until you delete the relevant project or file, clear ParcelTrim’s application data, or uninstall the App.
Files exported to a user-selected folder or another application must be deleted from that location or application separately.
Optional analytics data is retained according to the periods described in Section 4. Disabling analytics stops future collection but may not immediately delete information already processed by Google.
Google Play may retain payment and transaction records according to its legal obligations and privacy policy.
Because ParcelTrim does not provide user accounts, there is no ParcelTrim account to delete.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through ParcelTrim. User documents and images are processed locally, and information transmitted to Google services is protected using the security mechanisms provided by Android, Google Play, Firebase, and encrypted network connections.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google and its service providers may process Firebase Analytics and Google Play information in countries other than the country where you live. Such processing is governed by Google’s applicable terms, privacy documentation, and data-protection safeguards.
ParcelTrim is a document-processing and business utility and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an App account because ParcelTrim does not provide user accounts. Optional analytics may be disabled at any time.
You can:
Decline or disable optional analytics.
Revoke camera permission through Android system settings.
Delete local projects and exported files.
Clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
Manage Google Play purchases through your Google account.
Contact us regarding questions or applicable privacy rights.
Because analytics information is not linked by us to a ParcelTrim account, name, or email address, we may not always be able to identify a particular analytics record based only on an email request.
We may update this Privacy Policy when ParcelTrim’s functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change.
When the policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the “Effective Date” will be revised.
