NotiMaster ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user data. NotiMaster is designed as an offline-first utility and privacy vault.
1. Core Privacy Philosophy (100% Offline)
NotiMaster is built with a privacy-first architecture. All personal data created or captured by the app is stored in a local database on your device. We do not maintain any external servers to collect, store, or transmit your personal information.
2. Data We Process Locally
To provide its core utilities, NotiMaster processes the following data types locally on your device only:
•Notifications and Messages (SMS/MMS): The app logs notification content (Title, Text, and App Name) to provide a searchable archive. This includes processing OTPs and message contents for display within the app's secure history.
•Personal Info (Name and Phone Number): We process names and phone numbers to facilitate the "Priority Alerts" (VIP) and "People List" features. This allows the app to identify specific callers and trigger custom alert sounds.
•Contacts: If you use the contact picker, the app reads names and phone numbers from your device address book to add them to your local VIP alert list.
•Productivity Data: Private notes, reminders, fuel logs, grocery lists, and expense records are stored exclusively in your device's local memory.
•Bookmarks: Your saved URLs and associated notes are stored locally for quick access.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information (Phone Numbers, Messages, Notes) with any third party. However, NotiMaster uses the Google AdMob SDK for monetization, which may collect and share the following technical data for advertising and analytics purposes:
•Approximate Location: Used to serve relevant local advertisements.
•Device and Other IDs: Unique IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) used to track ad performance and prevent fraud.
•App Interactions: Simple data regarding how you interact with ads within the app.
•Technical Performance: Crash logs and diagnostics are collected by Google Play Services to help us improve app stability.
4. Required Permissions
To function correctly, the app requests the following permissions:
•Notification Access: To log and archive your notifications.
•Biometric/Fingerprint: To secure your data vault.
•Camera: Used exclusively for the QR/Barcode scanning feature.
•Location: Used for the GPS Book and mapping utilities.
•Storage: Used only for exporting your data (Excel/PDF) or saving icons locally.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all personal data is stored locally, you are in total control:
•Manual Deletion: You can delete any notification, note, or log entry within the app settings.
•Full Wipe: Uninstalling the NotiMaster app will permanently delete all locally stored data from your device.
•No Cloud Backup: Because we do not use servers, once data is deleted from your device, it cannot be recovered by us.
6. Children's Privacy
NotiMaster does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is transmitted to us, we do not store children's information on any server.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the application.
