This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Milix XO ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Milix Studio. The Application is a Tic Tac Toe game offering local and online multiplayer experiences, virtual rewards, and social features.
1. Information Collection and Use
Personal Data
When you sign in using Google Authentication or create a profile, we may collect:

Your Name and User ID.

Your Profile Picture URL.
•
Your Email address (for authentication purposes).
Gameplay Data
We collect data related to your progress in the game to provide a synchronized experience across devices, including:

Win/Loss statistics and MMR (Matchmaking Rating).
•
Virtual currency (Coins) and unlocked items (Skins, Spells).
•
Friend lists and pending match invitations.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application.
2. Third Party Services

3. Advertising
This Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests and usage patterns. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve relevant ads.
4. Permissions
The Application requests the following permissions to function correctly:

Internet Access: To sync data with Firebase and load advertisements.
•
Notifications: To alert you about match challenges, daily rewards, and game updates.
•
Vibration: To enhance the tactical feedback during gameplay.
•
Foreground Service: To maintain a connection for real-time match invitations even when the app is in the background.
5. Account & Data Deletion
We provide a transparent mechanism for you to manage and delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data (statistics, coins, items, and social connections) directly within the Application:

Go to the Profile screen.
2.
Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page.
3.
Confirm the action in the dialog.
Once confirmed, your data will be permanently removed from our servers (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Realtime Database) and your local device storage. This action is irreversible.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at milix.studio@gmail.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. No Sale of Data
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Application experience.
8. Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
9. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here.
