This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the mobile application "Math195: Math for Children" (the "App") and describes how Revoself Games handles information in connection with the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy and our applicable terms. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the App.

This Policy applies solely to the App. It does not apply to:
- Any third-party websites, services, products, or applications, including but not limited to those operated by Google LLC, Google AdMob, Google Play, Google User Messaging Platform, or any other third party referenced in the App.
- Any offline data collection or activities that occur outside the App.
- Any future products or services of Revoself Games not expressly covered herein.
Revoself Games assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Use of such third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

## 2. Children's Privacy — COPPA and GDPR-K Compliance
The App is designed for children aged 6–10 and is classified as a child-directed service.
**Revoself Games does not collect, store, transmit, or use any personal information from children or from any user of the App.** Specifically:
- No name, email address, phone number, postal address, photograph, voice recording, biometric data, government identifier, geolocation data, or contact list is collected.
- No user account or registration is required or available.
- No social, chat, messaging, or user-generated content features exist.
- No persistent identifier is used by Revoself Games to recognize a user over time or across services for advertising purposes.
- No behavioral advertising, retargeting, or profile-building is conducted by Revoself Games.

## 3. Information Stored Locally on the User's Device
The App stores the following non-personal, technical information **exclusively on the user's device** using Android local storage (DataStore). This information is **never transmitted to Revoself Games or any external server**:
- Game progress (stars earned, levels completed, daily streaks)
- App preferences (selected language, sound on/off, mascot selection, daily time limit setting)
- Daily play time counter (used by the App's parental time-limit feature)
- Premium entitlement state (whether the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase has been processed by Google Play Billing)
This data remains under the sole control of the user and is removed entirely when the App is uninstalled. Revoself Games has no access to this data and cannot retrieve, restore, or transfer it.

## 4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each operated independently by Google LLC. Revoself Games does not control these services and assumes no responsibility for their data practices, content, availability, or operation.
### 4.1 Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob is configured in **child-directed mode** in compliance with COPPA, with content limited to **G-rated content only**. AdMob may process a non-personalized advertising identifier solely to serve contextual, non-personalized advertisements. Google's privacy policy and AdMob's family policy govern this processing. Revoself Games has no access to AdMob's user-level data.

### 4.2 Google Play Billing
In-app purchases (specifically "Remove Ads") are processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. **Revoself Games does not collect, see, store, or transmit any payment information.** All transactions, refunds, and payment-related disputes are handled directly between the user and Google.

### 4.3 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
For users in regions where consent is legally required (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the App displays a consent form managed by Google's UMP SDK. The App defaults to non-personalized advertising for all users.
By using the App, you understand that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and that Revoself Games has no control over their operation.

The App requests the following Android permissions, each strictly limited to the purpose stated:

## 7. Data Retention and Deletion
Revoself Games does not retain any personal information about users because no such information is collected. Locally stored game data on the user's device may be removed at any time by the user by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through their device's settings.

## 8. Parental Controls
The App provides the following features to support parental supervision:
- A parental gate (a math problem) that restricts access to settings, in-app purchases, and external links.
- A parent dashboard that displays daily play time and progress statistics.
- A configurable daily time limit.
These features are provided **"as is"** as a convenience to parents. Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for supervising their children's use of the App and any associated devices.

Reasonable technical measures appropriate to the nature of the App are implemented. **However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure**, and absolute security of any data, locally stored or otherwise, cannot be guaranteed. REVOSELF GAMES MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM REVOSELF GAMES OR THROUGH THE APP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions, the foregoing exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

(a) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP;
(b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING ADVERTISERS;
(c) ANY ADVERTISEMENTS DISPLAYED THROUGH GOOGLE ADMOB OR ANY OTHER AD NETWORK;
(d) ANY IN-APP PURCHASE PROCESSED BY GOOGLE PLAY BILLING;
(e) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF DATA;
(f) ANY ERROR, INACCURACY, OR DEFECT IN THE APP'S CONTENT OR EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL;
(g) ANY ACT OR OMISSION BY A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER LISTED IN SECTION 4;
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT REVOSELF GAMES HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury or for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
