Liability

We work hard to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the app.

Refund Policy

• Subscriptions – All subscriptions purchased in Live Echo are non-refundable. Once purchased, the subscription fee cannot be refunded, in full or in part.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation – You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account settings.

• Effect of Cancellation – After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply.

Digital Service Notice

Live Echo is a digital application. No physical goods are shipped or exchanged.

• Shipping – Not applicable.

• Exchange/Returns – Not applicable.

• Once downloaded and subscribed, you gain instant access to all features on your device.
