We, the development team of the "National Competency Test Simulator" application , place the highest priority on the privacy of our users, including students and educators. This Privacy Policy aims to clarify the types of information and data we collect, how we use it, and the parties with whom we may share it to ensure a safe, transparent, and fully compliant educational experience according to required technical and legal standards.

By using the "Kafaa" application, you agree to the data collection and usage practices described in this policy.
We collect certain data to provide, personalize, and improve our services for you:
Account Information (Personal Data): When registering in the App (whether by creating an account using email or logging in via Google), we collect and save your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and basic profile picture (if available in the Google account).
Usage Data and Statistics (Exam Results): We store and record your scores in all exams within the App (English, Arabic, Computer Science). This includes the number of correct and incorrect answers, topics requiring improvement, and the time spent solving questions.
Device and Application Data (Technical Data): We may automatically collect anonymous technical information such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system type, App version, Advertising IDs, and App interaction data to identify performance functions or software glitches.
We do not sell your personal data to any party. We use the collected data for the following exclusive purposes:
Securely managing your personal account and enabling continuous access to the National Exam simulation and data synchronization across different devices.
Analyzing your academic level and performance to provide accurate, personalized statistics (e.g., success rate, best score, cumulative topics, and strengths/weaknesses).
Facilitating the feature to share or print results if you choose to activate it or share your score with teachers or colleagues.
Monitoring the App's performance, analyzing software errors, and fixing them to improve your overall experience.
To ensure the "Kafaa" app continues providing and developing its services, we rely on integrating tracking and advertising services from trusted third parties, subject to their own privacy practices. These include:
Ad Networks (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network): The App displays integrated ads. These companies use technologies (such as cookies or Advertising IDs) to provide ads tailored to your interests.

Infrastructure and Authentication Services (Google Firebase): We use Firebase platform services to secure the registration process and store your data in an encrypted cloud format.
We implement strict security measures and protocols (including encryption) to protect your personal data and statistics from unauthorized access. Your data is stored on highly reliable cloud servers provided by Google.
We would like to clarify that the App does not collect or request access to your precise geographical location (GPS). Collected technical information (such as IP address) is used only for general statistical purposes and to ensure the educational content matches the Iraqi National Curriculum.
We retain your exam results and personal information for the duration of your account's activity to enable you to track your educational progress. If the App is not used for more than two years, we may archive or automatically delete the data.
You have full right to control your data:
Modifying Data: You can update your information through the "Profile" screen.
Deleting Account and Data: We provide an explicit button in the "Profile" section within the App to delete your account and wipe all your statistics permanently.
External Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the App and wish to delete your data from our servers, you can send a deletion request to the email: mzuory@gmail.com.
We do not intentionally collect identifiable data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical or legal changes. We will notify users of any material changes via an in-app notification.

نحن نقوم بجمع بعض البيانات لتوفير وتخصيص وتحسين خدماتنا لك:
معلومات الحساب (البيانات الشخصية): عند التسجيل في التطبيق (سواء بإنشاء حساب باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني أو عبر تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google)، نقوم بجمع وحفظ اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، ورقم هاتفك (إن وجد)، بالإضافة إلى صورة ملفك الشخصي الأساسية (إن وجدت في حساب جوجل).
بيانات الاستخدام والإحصائيات (نتائج الاختبارات): نقوم بتخزين وتسجيل درجاتك في جميع الاختبارات الخاصة بالتطبيق (اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغة العربية، الحاسوب). يشمل ذلك عدد الإجابات الصحيحة والخاطئة، والمواضيع التي تحتاج إلى تحسين، والوقت المستغرق في حل الأسئلة.
بيانات الجهاز والتطبيق (بيانات فنية): قد نقوم تلقائياً بجمع معلومات فنية مجهولة المصدر مثل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP)، ونوع نظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق، ومعرفات الإعلانات الخاصة بجهازك (Advertising IDs)، وبيانات التفاعل مع التطبيق للتعرف على أداء وظائف التطبيق أو الأعطال البرمجية التي قد تحدث.
نحن لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف. نستخدم البيانات التي تم جمعها للأغراض الحصرية التالية:
إدارة حسابك الشخصي بصورة آمنة وتمكينك من الوصول المستمر إلى محاكاة الامتحان الوطني وتزامن بياناتك عبر أجهزة مختلفة.
تحليل مستواك الدراسي وأدائك لتقديم إحصائيات دقيقة ومخصصة لك، مثل (معدل النجاح، أفضل نتيجة، والمواضيع التراكمية، ونقاط الضعف والقوة).
تسهيل ميزة المشاركة أو طباعة النتائج في حال رغبت بتفعيلها أو مشاركة درجتك مع مدرسيك أو زملائك.
مراقبة أداء وعمل التطبيق وتحليل الأخطاء البرمجية وإصلاحها لتحسين تجربتك بشكل عام.
لضمان إبقاء تطبيق "كفاءة" مستمراً في تقديم خدماته وتطويره باستمرار، فإننا نعتمد على دمج خدمات تتبع وإعلانات تابعة لجهات خارجية وموثوقة، وتخضع لممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. وتشمل:

خدمات البنية التحتية والمصادقة (Google Firebase): نستخدم خدمات منصة Firebase لتأمين عملية التسجيل وتخزين بياناتك بصورة سحابية مشفرة.
نحن نتخذ إجراءات أمنية وتدابير مشددة (تتضمن التشفير باستخدام بروتوكولات آمنة) لحماية بياناتك الشخصية وإحصائياتك من الوصول غير المصرح به. بياناتك تُحفظ على خوادم سحابية ذات موثوقية عالية تابعة لشركة Google.
نود التوضيح أن التطبيق لا يقوم بجمع أو تطلب الوصول إلى بيانات موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS). المعلومات الفنية المجمعة (مثل عنوان IP) تُستخدم فقط لأغراض إحصائية عامة ولضمان تقديم المحتوى التعليمي المناسب للمنهج الوطني العراقي.
نحتفظ ببيانات نتائج الاختبارات والمعلومات الشخصية الخاصة بك طوال فترة نشاط حسابك لتمكينك من متابعة مسيرتك التعليمية. في حال رغبت في التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق، يمكنك حذف بياناتك فوراً كما هو موضح في القسم التالي.
لديك الحق الكامل في التحكم في بياناتك:
تعديل البيانات: يمكنك تعديل معلوماتك من خلال شاشة "الملف الشخصي".
حذف الحساب والبيانات: نوفر لك زراً صريحاً في قسم الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق لحذف حسابك ومسح كافة إحصاءاتك نهائياً.
طلب الحذف الخارجي: إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق وترغب في حذف بياناتك من خوادمنا، يمكنك إرسال طلب حذف إلى البريد الإلكتروني

التطبيق يست نحن لا نجمع بيانات تعريفية عن قصد من الأطفال دون سن الـ 13. إذا اكتشفنا جمع بيانات طفل دون هذا العمر عن غير قصد، فسنقوم بحذفها فوراً.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات التقنية أو القانونية. سنقوم بإشعار المستخدمين بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق.
