At the development team of the "National Competency Exam Simulator" app, we place the utmost importance on the privacy of our users — students and educators alike. This Privacy Policy aims to clarify what information and data we collect, how we use it, and with whom we may share it, in order to ensure a fully safe, transparent, and compliant educational experience that meets all applicable technical and legal standards.
By using the "Kafa'a" app, you agree to the data collection and usage practices described in this policy.
We collect certain data necessary to provide, personalize, and improve our services to you, including:
a. Account Information (Personal Data)
When you register in the app — either by creating an account with an email address or by signing in with a Google account — we collect and store: your full name, email address, phone number (if provided), and profile photo (if available in your Google account).
b. Usage & Performance Data (Test Results)
We store and record your scores across all in-app exams (English, Arabic, and Computer Science). This includes: the number of correct and incorrect answers, topics requiring improvement, and time spent answering questions.
c. Technical Data (Device & App Data)
We may automatically collect anonymized technical information, including: IP address, operating system type, app version, Advertising IDs, and app interaction data; this is used to monitor performance and diagnose technical issues.
d. User-Generated Content (Success Stories)
When sharing your experience on the "Honor Board," we collect: the advice you write, your academic specialty, the selected subject, and any certificate images you choose to upload from your device to document your success.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
● Securely managing your personal account and enabling continuous access to the national exam simulation, including syncing your data across multiple devices.
● Analyzing your academic level and performance to provide accurate, personalized statistics such as: pass rate, best score, cumulative topic performance, and strengths and weaknesses.
● Enabling the result-sharing and printing feature, should you wish to share your score with your teachers or peers.
● Monitoring app performance, analyzing errors, and making improvements to enhance your overall experience.
● Public display on the Honor Board: information you submit (name, score, advice, and certificate image) will be visible to all app users after review and approval by the administration, for the purpose of motivating students.
To ensure the continued operation and development of the "Kafa'a" app, we integrate trusted third-party tracking and advertising services, each subject to their own privacy practices:
• Ad Networks (Google AdMob & Meta Audience Network): The app displays integrated ads. These companies use technologies such as cookies and Advertising IDs to deliver ads tailored to your interests.
• Infrastructure & Authentication Services (Google Firebase): We use the Firebase platform to secure the registration process and store your data in an encrypted cloud environment.
We implement strict security measures — including encryption via secure protocols — to protect your personal data and statistics from unauthorized access or breach. Your data is stored on highly reliable cloud servers operated by Google.
The app does not collect or request access to your precise geographic location (GPS). Technical information collected — such as IP addresses — is used solely for general statistical purposes and to ensure delivery of educational content appropriate to the Iraqi national curriculum.
We retain your test results and personal information for as long as your account remains active, enabling you to track your educational journey and progress. Should you wish to stop using the app, you may delete your data immediately as described in the section below.
You have full rights over your personal data, including:
• Edit Your Data: You may update your personal information at any time through the "Profile" screen within the app.
• Delete Account & Data: We provide a clear delete button in the "Profile" section to permanently and immediately erase your account and all associated statistics.
• External Deletion Request: If you uninstall the app and wish to have your data removed from our servers, you may send a deletion request to:

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect identifying data from this age group. If we discover that a child's data under this age has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it immediately without delay.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect technical, legal, or service-related changes. We will notify users of any material changes via a clear in-app notification before the changes take effect.
To ensure a safe and positive educational environment, we apply the following rules to the "Honor Board" feature:
• Pre-Publication Review: All submitted stories and images are subject to manual review by the administration team before appearing publicly, to ensure content appropriateness.
• Reporting & Blocking Tools: Users have the option to "Report" any inappropriate content and "Block" any other user. All reports will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.
The app requests permission to access media (Gallery/Photos) for one specific purpose only: to allow the user to select a certificate image to upload and share as part of their success story on the Honor Board. We do not access any other photos or private files on your device.

نحن في فريق تطوير تطبيق "محاكي اختبار الكفاءة الوطني" نولي أهمية قصوى لخصوصية مستخدمينا من الطلاب والأساتذة. تهدف سياسة الخصوصية هذه إلى توضيح نوع المعلومات والبيانات التي نقوم بجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها، والجهات التي قد نشاركها معها، لضمان تجربة تعليمية آمنة وشفافة بالكامل ومطابقة للمعايير التقنية والقانونية المطلوبة.
باستخدامك لتطبيق "كفاءة"، فإنك توافق على ممارسات جمع البيانات واستخدامها الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
نقوم بجمع بعض البيانات الضرورية لتوفير خدماتنا وتخصيصها وتحسينها لك، وتشمل:
أ. معلومات الحساب (البيانات الشخصية)
عند التسجيل في التطبيق — سواءً بإنشاء حساب باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني أو عبر تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google — نقوم بجمع وحفظ: الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (إن وجد)، وصورة الملف الشخصي (إن كانت متاحة في حساب Google).
ب. بيانات الاستخدام والأداء (نتائج الاختبارات)
نقوم بتخزين وتسجيل درجاتك في جميع اختبارات التطبيق (اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغة العربية، الحاسوب). يشمل ذلك: عدد الإجابات الصحيحة والخاطئة، المواضيع التي تحتاج إلى تحسين، والوقت المستغرق في حل الأسئلة.
ج. البيانات الفنية (بيانات الجهاز والتطبيق)
قد نجمع تلقائياً معلومات فنية مجهولة الهوية، تشمل: عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP)، نوع نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، معرفات الإعلانات (Advertising IDs)، وبيانات التفاعل مع التطبيق؛ وذلك لمراقبة الأداء وتشخيص الأعطال البرمجية.
د. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم (قصص النجاح)
عند مشاركة تجربتك في "لوحة شرف الناجحين"، نجمع: النصيحة التي تكتبها، تخصصك، المادة العلمية المختارة، وصور الشهادات التي تختار رفعها من جهازك لتوثيق نجاحك.
نحن لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. نستخدم البيانات المجمعة حصرياً للأغراض التالية:
● إدارة حسابك الشخصي بأمان وتمكينك من الوصول المستمر إلى محاكاة الاختبار الوطني وتزامن بياناتك عبر أجهزة مختلفة.
● تحليل مستواك الدراسي وأدائك لتقديم إحصائيات دقيقة ومخصصة، مثل: معدل النجاح، أفضل نتيجة، المواضيع التراكمية، ونقاط القوة والضعف.
● تسهيل ميزة مشاركة النتائج أو طباعتها في حال رغبت في مشاركة درجتك مع مدرسيك أو زملائك.
● مراقبة أداء التطبيق وتحليل الأخطاء البرمجية وإصلاحها لتحسين تجربتك بصورة مستمرة.
● العرض العام في لوحة الشرف: المعلومات التي تقدمها (الاسم، الدرجة، النصيحة، صورة الشهادة) ستكون مرئية لجميع مستخدمي التطبيق بعد مراجعتها والموافقة عليها من قبل الإدارة، لغرض تشجيع الطلاب.
لضمان استمرارية تطبيق "كفاءة" وتطويره، نعتمد على خدمات موثوقة من جهات خارجية تخضع لسياسات خصوصيتها الخاصة:
• شبكات الإعلانات (Google AdMob و Meta Audience Network):
يعرض التطبيق إعلانات مدمجة. تستخدم هذه الشركات تقنيات مثل ملفات تعريف الارتباط ومعرفات الإعلانات لتقديم إعلانات تناسب اهتماماتك.
• خدمات البنية التحتية والمصادقة (Google Firebase):
نستخدم منصة Firebase لتأمين عملية التسجيل وتخزين بياناتك بصورة سحابية مشفرة وموثوقة.
نتخذ إجراءات أمنية صارمة — تشمل التشفير باستخدام بروتوكولات آمنة — لحماية بياناتك الشخصية وإحصائياتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الاختراق. تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم سحابية عالية الموثوقية تابعة لشركة Google.
لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أو طلب الوصول إلى بيانات موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS). المعلومات الفنية المجمعة — مثل عنوان IP — تُستخدم فقط لأغراض إحصائية عامة ولضمان تقديم المحتوى التعليمي المناسب للمنهج الوطني العراقي.
نحتفظ ببيانات نتائج الاختبارات والمعلومات الشخصية طوال فترة نشاط حسابك، لتمكينك من متابعة مسيرتك التعليمية وتتبع تقدمك. في حال رغبتك في التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق، يمكنك حذف بياناتك فوراً وفق الإجراء الموضح في القسم التالي.
لديك الحق الكامل في التحكم في بياناتك الشخصية، ويشمل ذلك:
• تعديل البيانات: يمكنك تعديل معلوماتك الشخصية في أي وقت من خلال شاشة "الملف الشخصي" داخل التطبيق.
• حذف الحساب والبيانات: نوفر زراً صريحاً في قسم "الملف الشخصي" لحذف حسابك ومسح كافة إحصائياتك نهائياً وبصورة فورية.
• طلب الحذف الخارجي: إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق وترغب في حذف بياناتك من خوادمنا، يمكنك إرسال طلب إلى:

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة (13). لا نجمع بيانات تعريفية عن قصد من هذه الفئة العمرية. إذا اكتشفنا أن بيانات طفل دون هذا العمر قد جُمعت عن غير قصد، فسنقوم بحذفها فوراً دون تأخير.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات التقنية أو القانونية أو في طبيعة الخدمة المقدمة. سنقوم بإشعار المستخدمين بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار واضح داخل التطبيق قبل دخول التغيير حيز التنفيذ.
لضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة وإيجابية، نطبق القواعد التالية على ميزة "لوحة الشرف":
• المراجعة المسبقة: تخضع جميع القصص والصور المرسلة للمراجعة اليدوية من قبل فريق الإدارة قبل ظهورها للعامة، لضمان ملاءمة المحتوى.
• أدوات الإبلاغ والحجب: نوفر للمستخدمين خيار "الإبلاغ" عن أي محتوى غير لائق، وخيار "حظر" أي مستخدم آخر. سيتم التعامل مع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.
يطلب التطبيق أذن الوصول إلى الوسائط (المعرض/الصور) لغرض واحد محدد فقط: اختيار صورة الشهادة التي يرغب المستخدم في رفعها ومشاركتها ضمن قصة نجاحه في لوحة الشرف. لا نقوم بالوصول إلى أي صور أخرى أو ملفات خاصة على جهازك.
