Thank you for using Growtica ("we", "our", "us", or "the app"). Your privacy

is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the

app handles and how it is used. Please read it carefully.

By downloading, installing, or using Growtica, you agree to the practices

described in this Privacy Policy.

1. OUR PRIVACY-FIRST APPROACH

Growtica is designed to work completely offline. All of your data stays on

your device. We do NOT collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal

information with anyone. There are no accounts, no logins, and no external

servers involved in the core functioning of the app.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

Growtica does not collect any personally identifiable information such as:

- Your name, email address, or phone number

- Your precise or approximate location

- Your contacts, photos, or files

- Any advertising or tracking identifiers

We do not use analytics services, tracking cookies, or third-party

advertising SDKs.

3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

To provide its features, Growtica stores the following information LOCALLY on

your device only (using your device's local storage). This information never

leaves your device:

- Habits you create (names, categories, icons, colours, frequency, streaks)

- Habit completion history and progress

- Water intake logs

- Mood check-ins

- Focus timer sessions

- Personal notes and journal entries

- XP, levels, coins, achievements, and challenge progress

- Your island progress and milestones

- Profile details you enter (display name, avatar)

- App preferences (theme, reminders, daily goal)

Because this data is stored only on your device, you are in full control of it.

4. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED

The locally stored information is used solely to:

- Display and track your habits and progress

- Power gamification features (XP, levels, island growth, achievements)

- Show your statistics, charts, and history

- Remember your preferences and settings

Your information is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose

outside of running the app for you.

5. DATA BACKUP AND EXPORT

Growtica may allow you to back up or export your data (for example, to a file).

If you choose to export or back up your data, that file is created by you and

stored wherever you decide to save it. You are solely responsible for the

security of any backups you create or share. We have no access to these files.

6. PERMISSIONS

Growtica aims to use the minimum permissions necessary. If the app requests a

permission (such as notifications for habit reminders, or storage access for

creating a backup file), it is used only for that stated feature and nothing

else.

7. NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable reminders, the app may send you local notifications on your

device to remind you about your habits. These notifications are generated

locally and are not sent through any external server.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Growtica does not integrate third-party services that collect your data for

its core features. Please note that if you download the app from an app store

(such as Google Play), that store may collect certain information according to

its own privacy policy, which is outside our control.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Growtica does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone,

including children under the age of 13. Since all data stays on the device and

no information is transmitted to us, the app can be used safely by users of all

ages under appropriate supervision.

10. DATA SECURITY

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on the

security of your device. We recommend that you protect your device with a

passcode, PIN, or biometric lock. If you uninstall the app or clear its data,

your locally stored information may be permanently deleted.

11. YOUR CONTROL AND CHOICES

You have full control over your data at all times. You can:

- Edit or delete individual habits, notes, logs, and other entries

- Reset or clear the app's data from within the app or through your device

settings

- Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data

Uninstalling the app or clearing its data will permanently remove your

information from your device unless you have created a backup.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be

reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We

encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app

after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
