This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile application "Gravity Dash" ("the Game"), which was developed by SHAMITECH ("we", "us", or "our"). The Game is a high-speed gravity-flipping endless runner.

2. 100% Offline and No Data Collection

Gravity Dash is a 100% offline game. 

- We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data, device identifiers, location data, or usage statistics to external servers.

- The Game does not require an active internet connection to run, and it does not make any network requests.

- No third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, or analytics tools that gather user information are integrated into the Game.

3. Local Storage Only

All player progress, including:

- High scores

- Total distance and total orbs collected

- Unlocked skins, trails, and themes

- Achievements and statistics

- Audio and haptic settings

are saved locally on your device using the standard Android SharedPreferences mechanism. This data remains on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the Game. We have no access to this data.

4. Permissions

The Game requires no special permissions (such as access to contacts, location, camera, or storage files) to run. It only utilizes standard haptic vibration feedback features.

5. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data, the Game is fully compliant with children's privacy protection guidelines, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect any information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected in a new version of the Game, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated.
