Falcon VPN (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Falcon VPN handles information when you use our Android VPN application.
App Overview
Falcon VPN is a VPN application that allows users to connect to the internet through a VPN server. The app uses Android VPN Service functionality to create and manage the VPN connection.
The app does not require users to create an account. Users can continue as guests.
Information We Collect
Falcon VPN does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, contacts, photos, messages, or precise GPS location.
The app may store limited app-related information locally on your device, including:
Selected VPN server
VPN connection status
Remaining VPN usage time
Number of rewarded ads watched
App language preference
Dark mode preference
First-use free time status
This information is used only to operate app features and improve the user experience.
VPN Service and Network Traffic
When you connect to Falcon VPN, your internet traffic is routed through our VPN server.
Falcon VPN does not intentionally collect, sell, or share your browsing history, websites visited, DNS queries, or the content of your internet traffic.
However, because the app provides a VPN service, network traffic must technically pass through our VPN server while the VPN connection is active. Temporary technical processing may occur for the purpose of providing the VPN connection, maintaining service stability, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Falcon VPN uses Google AdMob to display ads inside the app. Ads may include:
Banner ads
Interstitial ads
Rewarded ads
App open ads
Google AdMob may collect and process certain data such as device information, advertising ID, app interactions, ad interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics, and ad performance data.
This data may be used by Google to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertising, prevent fraud, and ensure ad security.

Rewarded Ads
Falcon VPN allows users to watch rewarded ads to receive additional VPN usage time.
The reward is added only after a rewarded ad is completed successfully. The app may store the remaining time and number of ads watched locally on the device.
How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the VPN connection
To manage remaining VPN usage time
To remember user preferences
To show ads and rewarded ads
To improve app stability

Data Sharing
We do not sell users’ personal data.

Local app data such as preferences, remaining time, selected server, and rewarded ad status may remain on the user’s device until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
Falcon VPN does not provide user accounts inside the app.
Account Creation and Deletion
Falcon VPN does not allow users to create an account.
Because no user account is created, there is no account deletion process inside the app. Users can delete locally stored app data by clearing app data from Android settings or uninstalling the app.
Children’s Privacy
Falcon VPN is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
User Choices
Users can:
Disconnect the VPN at any time
Choose whether to watch rewarded ads
Clear app data from Android settings
Uninstall the app
Manage ad personalization through Google or Android device settings
International Data Processing
Because VPN traffic may be routed through servers located outside the user’s country, data may be processed in countries where our servers or service providers operate.
