Dino Dash ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a free, offline arcade game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
By installing or using Dino Dash, you agree to the practices described below.
Summary
Dino Dash does not collect, transmit, share, or sell any personal data. The App works entirely offline and stores a small amount of game data only on
your device. Nothing you do in the App is sent to us or to any third party.
Information We Handle
The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using your device's standard app storage:
- Nickname — an optional name you type during first-time setup or in Settings (limited to 12 characters). This is used only to personalize the game
and is never transmitted anywhere. If you leave it blank, the App uses the default name "Player".
- Game preferences — the dinosaur skin you select.
- Game progress — your best score and a local leaderboard of your top scores (each saved with the date the score was achieved).
- App settings — minor flags such as whether you have already seen a one-time gameplay tip.
This information never leaves your device. We have no servers, accounts, or login system, and we cannot access this data.
Information We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect, request, or transmit any of the following:
- Personal identifiers such as your real name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage analytics
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
- Any data over the internet — the App does not request internet permission
Permissions
Dino Dash does not request the internet permission or any sensitive devicepermissions. It only plays sound effects and music that are bundled inside the
App.
Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics tools, or social media integrations. No software development kits (SDKs) that collect data are included.
Children's Privacy
Dino Dash is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the App
collects no personal data and transmits nothing off the device; it does not pose data-collection risks to children.
Data Retention and Deletion
All data described above is stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete it at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by
uninstalling the App. Uninstalling removes all locally stored game data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this same location with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the
App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
