Privacy Policy for Cubixora
1. Introduction
Welcome to Cubixora, a classic block puzzle game. We respect your privacy and aim to keep the game simple, enjoyable, and easy to use.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Cubixora, including information stored locally on your device and the permissions used by the app.
2. Information We Collect
Cubixora does not require an account or registration to play. The app does not ask you to provide personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address.
The current Android code does not show a direct mechanism for collecting or uploading personal information. However, the app includes internet permission, and the HTML game code and final packaged app must also be checked before confirming that no data is transmitted.
3. Information Stored Locally
Cubixora may store game-related information on your device to support its features. This may include:
Current and highest scores.
Unfinished game progress.
Game statistics and achievements.
Sound and music preferences.
Theme and other game settings.
Tutorial completion status.
This information is used to support gameplay, save progress, and remember your preferences. It is not automatically the same as personal information collected by the developer.
The game uses browser storage capabilities available in Android WebView. The actual information stored depends on the features enabled in the installed version.
4. Internet Access
The current Android manifest includes the INTERNET permission. This allows the app to make network connections if its code or included components request them.
The game is designed to load its main gameplay from a local HTML file in the Android app's assets. The presence of internet permission alone does not mean that personal information is collected or sent.
We will only describe Cubixora as fully offline and not transmitting data after verifying that the complete app, including its HTML code and dependencies, makes no external network requests.
5. Third-Party Services
The currently provided Gradle dependency list does not include an obvious advertising or analytics SDK.
The app's complete third-party component usage must also be checked in its dependency configuration and final build. If third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain their purpose and applicable data practices.
6. Device Permissions
The provided Android manifest declares internet access. It does not declare permissions for accessing the camera, contacts, microphone, or precise location.
The app's required permissions may change if its functionality changes. Any additional permissions will be reviewed and used only for their stated purpose.
7. Data Sharing
We do not intentionally share players' personal information with advertisers or other third parties.
If future versions introduce services that collect or share information, the relevant disclosures will be updated in this Privacy Policy and the applicable app store information.
8. Data Security
Cubixora is designed to keep gameplay information on the player's device rather than requiring a developer-managed account or remote game database.
We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated and using the security features available on your device.
No method of local data storage or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings stored locally may remain on your device until you clear the app's storage, reset the game using an available option, or uninstall the app.
If Android device backup is enabled, some app data may be eligible for backup depending on Android backup settings and the app's backup configuration.
Cubixora does not currently provide a developer-managed online account through which players can request deletion of a server-side profile.
10. Children's Privacy
Cubixora is a general puzzle game and does not require players to submit personal information to access its core gameplay.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the features described in this policy. If you believe that personal information has been inadvertently provided to us, please contact us so we can review the concern.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, technical components, or privacy practices change.
The latest version will be made available at the privacy policy URL provided in the app's store listing. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
