Your data is used solely within the 4U application for the purposes described above.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Once your account is deleted (see Section 6), all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Steps to delete your account:
Send us an email at 4u.application@gmail.com (from the same email linked to your account).

The email address associated with your app account
A clear statement confirming that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
Types of data we will delete upon request:
Account and profile information (name, email, phone, etc.)
Verification data (identity photos, documents)
User-generated content (profile images, uploads)
Transactional data (orders, payment proof)
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We will notify you by email when the process is complete.
Our app is intended for university students. If you are under 13, you may not use the app. If we discover we have collected data from someone under 13, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
