These Terms and Conditions regulate the download, access, and use of the mobile application named Fliparty, which Cuicui Studios S.L. makes available to users. Fliparty is available as a free download and does not require a subscription service. Fliparty is a creation of the company Cuicui Studios S.L., registered in the Mercantile Registry of Asturias, sheet AS-47001, volume 4095, folio 82, with Tax Identification Number (CIF) B52521242
2.- Purpose

3.- Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights of the Fliparty application are owned by Cuicui Studios S.L. All contents of the app are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries. Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization require, in all cases, the prior written authorization of Cuicui Studios S.L. Any unauthorized use is considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.
4.- Privacy Policy
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data provided by accepting these Terms and Conditions will become part of a file under the responsibility of Cuicui Studios S.L.
Such data will be processed for the purpose described in section "PURPOSE" of this document and will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship for the use of Fliparty, with the sole purpose of facilitating the introduction of improvements in future versions, as well as the processing of information regarding installations, user access, demographic data, screens and user interaction, and crashes and exceptions.
Furthermore, we inform you that you may withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection by contacting:

You may also file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations. Cuicui Studios S.L. reserves the right to make modifications and updates to Fliparty at any time and without prior notice. Likewise, it reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in order to adapt them to potential new legislation and changes in Fliparty, as well as those that may derive from existing industry codes of conduct or for strategic or corporate reasons.
5.- Facial Data and Augmented Reality Privacy
Our application includes augmented reality (AR) gameplay features that utilize your device's camera to detect facial positioning. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and handling this sensitive information with the highest security standards.
What Data We Process:
The application detects the real-time position of specific facial landmarks via the device's front-facing camera. Specifically, it analyzes the coordinates of the nose, left eye (inner, center, outer), right eye (inner, center, outer), left ear, right ear, and mouth (left, right).
Purpose of Processing:
This information is processed exclusively to enable core AR gameplay mechanics. The app requires knowing the position and orientation of your face on the screen to control interactive game elements in real time.
Data Retention and Storage:
We practice strict data minimization. Facial landmark coordinates are processed entirely on-device and are only temporarily buffered for a duration of three (3) frames (approximately 0.1 seconds) to ensure smooth gameplay tracking. After this brief period, the data is immediately and permanently deleted from the device's volatile memory. No facial data is ever saved to persistent storage or uploaded to iCloud.
Third-Party Sharing:
We do not share, sell, or disclose your facial data to any third parties, advertising networks, or external servers. This information exists solely on the user’s local device and is never transmitted off-device under any circumstances.
6.- Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
Cuicui Studios S.L. reserves the right to edit, update, modify, suspend, delete, or terminate the services offered by the Application, including all or part of its content, without prior notice, as well as to modify the form or type of access to it. Potential reasons for modification may include adaptations to prospective legislative developments and changes within the application itself, as well as those that may arise from existing industry codes of conduct or for strategic or corporate reasons.
Liability for the use of Fliparty rests exclusively with the user. Except as established in these Terms and Conditions, Cuicui Studios S.L. shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur in connection with the download or use of Fliparty, such as those caused as a result of failures, breakdowns, or blockages in the operation of Fliparty (including, but not limited to: errors in communication lines, hardware defects, or Internet network failures).
Furthermore, Cuicui Studios S.L. shall not be held liable for damages caused as a result of improper or inappropriate use of Fliparty by users.
7.- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The user accepts that the applicable legislation and the competent Courts and Tribunals to hear any disputes that may arise from the interpretation or application of these clauses are those of Spain, and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submits to the courts and tribunals closest to the city of GIJÓN.
