DutyHive ("the Application") is built as a commercial, offline-first application. This service is provided by Global Logistics and is intended for use as-is.

We believe in absolute data privacy. DutyHive does not collect, access, transmit, or store any of your personal or sensitive user data.
No Permissions Required: The Application does not require or request any device permissions (such as location, contacts, camera, storage, or device identifiers).
Local Storage Only: Any data, logs, checklists, or profiles you create within the Application are stored entirely on your local device's internal storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by the developer or any third party.
The Application does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks that track or collect user information. There is no cloud sync, data sharing, or external API interaction.
We value your trust in using DutyHive. Since all your data remains locally on your device, its security depends on your device's security settings. We recommend securing your mobile device with strong passwords or biometrics to protect your local data.
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since our app collects zero data overall, it is inherently compliant with children's privacy regulations (including COPPA).
5. Account and Data Deletion
Because we do not store any user accounts or data on external servers, you do not need to request data deletion. If you wish to wipe all data related to the Application, you can simply clear the app's cache/data via your Android system settings or uninstall the Application. All locally saved data will be permanently deleted instantly.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
