This privacy policy applies to the Drift Sleep Diary app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Hamzu Haim (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed to work primarily on your device. When you download and use the Application, you may provide information that is stored locally on your mobile device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers.
Information you may enter or store in the Application includes, but is not limited to:
Sleep diary entries (such as dates, bedtimes, wake times, sleep quality ratings, lifestyle factors you select, and optional notes)
Profile and goal settings (such as your name, age, sleep targets, and preferred bed/wake times)
An optional “sleep space” photo you choose from your photo library, saved only on your device
App preferences stored on your device (such as onboarding completion and in-app checklist state)
The Application does not require you to create an account, and the Service Provider does not operate a cloud database for your sleep data as part of this Application.
If you use the monthly report share feature, you may choose to share a text summary of your sleep statistics through your device’s standard share sheet (for example, Messages, Mail, or social apps). Any information shared this way is sent only to the destination you select; the Service Provider does not control how those third-party apps handle that information.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider does not collect your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browsing history within the Application, or usage analytics through the Application itself.
If you choose to add or change your sleep space photo, the Application uses Apple’s system photo picker so you can select an image from your library. Only the image you select is saved locally in the Application’s storage on your device. The Service Provider does not receive or store your photo on external servers.
The Application may offer optional bedtime reminder settings. If you enable reminders in a future version that schedules local notifications, those reminders are handled by your device’s operating system. The Service Provider does not receive the content of those notifications.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or routinely share your sleep diary data with third parties. Because the Application stores data on your device, there is no ongoing transmission of your personal sleep information to the Service Provider for storage or analytics.
The Service Provider may disclose information only in the limited circumstances below, and only to the extent such information exists outside your device and is in the Service Provider’s possession (for example, if you contact support by email):
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
When you use the share feature, third-party apps or services you choose may receive the information you share. Please review the privacy practices of those services before sharing.
You can stop all collection and storage of information by the Application on your device by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
You can also delete data stored by the Application without uninstalling by using Clear All Data in Settings, which removes sleep entries, goals, and your saved sleep space photo from the device.
User-provided data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the Application and do not delete it. If you use Clear All Data, that information is removed from the device. If you uninstall the Application, locally stored data is removed according to your device’s behavior.
If you have contacted the Service Provider separately (for example, by email) and wish to have any correspondence or support-related information deleted, please contact them at mangrowork2014@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children never to submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at mangrowork2014@gmail.com so that they can take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data you enter in the Application is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure (for example, using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID). The Service Provider does not receive your sleep diary data over the internet as part of normal use of this Application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
