This Privacy Policy describes how DocFlow ("we", "our", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
DocFlow is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information that identifies you. Specifically:
Documents and Files: All documents you open, read, split, merge, compress, lock, or unlock are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, copy, or transmit your files to any server.
Account Information: DocFlow does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as name, email, or phone number.
Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data.
To provide its features, DocFlow may request the following permissions on your device:
Storage / Files and Media Access: Required to open, read, and save PDF and document files you choose. This access is used solely to perform actions you request within the App.
Internet Access: Used only to display advertisements (if applicable) and to load required app resources. Your documents are never sent over the internet.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit some features of the App.
DocFlow may use third-party services that collect limited information for analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. These may include, but are not limited to:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob (for advertisements, if applicable)
Firebase / Google Analytics (for crash reports and anonymous usage statistics)
These services may collect non-personal data such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymous usage events, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Any non-personal, anonymous data collected by third-party services is used solely to:
Maintain and improve the stability of the App
Analyze general usage trends
Diagnose and fix technical issues
Display relevant advertisements (where applicable)
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We do not share your documents or files with anyone. The only data shared is anonymous technical data processed by the third-party services listed in Section 3.
Because DocFlow processes your documents locally on your device, your files remain under your control at all times. We follow industry-standard practices to protect the App and any limited data handled by third-party services. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
DocFlow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is generally no personal information for us to access, modify, or delete. You may, at any time:
Revoke app permissions through your device settings
Uninstall the App to stop all data processing related to DocFlow
Opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
