1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how the ColorLingo: Spanish app
("the app", "we") handles information. The app is published by
Edoc and developed by Noureddine Ettouzany.
2. Audience
The app is designed for a general audience that includes
children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Article 8 of the EU GDPR
(GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.
3. Information stored on the device only
On first launch the app asks for the user's date of birth in
order to select age-appropriate content and ad settings. This
date of birth is stored only on the user's device in local app
preferences. It is never transmitted to us, to Google, or to

and ad settings. This date of birth is stored only on the user's device in local app preferences. It
is never transmitted to us, to Google, or to any third party. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
4. Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may collect the device
Advertising ID and standard request metadata (IP address, coarse device information).
When the user has indicated they are under 13, the app configures AdMob with:
- TAG_FOR_CHILD_DIRECTED_TREATMENT_TRUE
- TAG_FOR_UNDER_AGE_OF_CONSENT_TRUE
- MAX_AD_CONTENT_RATING_G (family-safe ads only, no personalised advertising)
For users 13 and over, AdMob may serve standard non-personalised or personalised advertising
according to the user's device-level ad settings.

5. What we do NOT collect
The app does not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, contacts,
messages, microphone input, account credentials, or any sign-in information. The app has no sign-in
or account system.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not store any user data on our servers. The advertising ID can be reset or deleted at any time
through the device's system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). To delete all locally
stored data (including the saved date of birth and saved artwork), uninstall the app.
7. Permissions
The app requests only INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, used solely to load advertisements.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
