Requests
To submit a verifiable request for access to, migration, or deletion of your consumer personal data, please contact us via the contact form. Please indicate in the body of your claim “Your Right to Maintain Privacy in California, A”.
When submitting a verifiable request, you should be prepared to:
– Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected personal information or their authorized representative, which may include: name, address, city, state/province, zip code, and email address. If we are unable to: (i) verify your identity or the authority to make the request; or (ii) confirm that the personal information relates to you, we will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information. We may request additional information or documentation to verify your identity. We may also conduct an audit, including using a third-party identity verification service to verify your identity, before taking any action with respect to your personal information. This is seen as a safeguard to prevent your personal information from being disclosed as a result of false or malicious requests.
We ensure that the personal information provided in verifiable consumer requests is used only for the purpose of verifying the identity of the requestor or their authority to make the request and is not used for any other purpose. We will retain such information for the reasonably necessary period required to achieve the purpose and will delete it after the purpose is achieved.

However, in some cases, if you choose to delete your personal information from our records, we may not be able to provide services.
Data Sales
We do not sell any of your personal data to third parties.
一、 The Information We Process
There are several categories of information that we process.
Functional Information
When you use our app, we will ask you to provide and process the following personal information. This information is crucial for us to fully perform our contract with you. Without this information, we will not be able to provide the full functionality of our app and perform the services you request. We may process the following types of data:
Activity information directly related to your use of our app. After you complete the relevant settings on your device, we may access your camera or photos through technical means to analyze the photos you take or upload through our app. However, unless you upload the files contained in the photos to our app or share them in other ways, we cannot collect, store, or use such files.
Information related to your account within our app. If you register in our app by associating your in-app account with your Apple ID account, the following categories of data may be processed: the way you registered in our app (using Apple Login), the email address associated with your account.
You can upload user content to our app, which may be related to the basic functionality of our app or its extended functionality (e.g., the coin recognition feature used in our app). User content is also subject to our Terms of Use, in addition to this Privacy Policy. Please note that uploading or submitting any user content containing your personal data and/or protected personal data of others (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) to our app is prohibited.
Contact information (name, email address, and any other information contained in the email), which you can fill in when contacting us via email or a support form. We collect, store, and process this information through our cloud storage provider (Amazon.com, Inc.). We use this information to effectively respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, send you the newsletters you request, and provide the services you request.
Automatically Processed Information
On the basis of your consent, we use third-party automated data processing technologies (advertising or analytics tools) to analyze certain information sent by your device through our app (advertising identifier). Some integrated advertising or analytics tools (see the list in Section IV) will initiate the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, i.e., any form of automated processing of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects related to you, in particular, to analyze or predict aspects related to your personal preferences, interests, behavior, location, or actions (see the list of data described below). Once you allow our app to track your activity, the automated processing of information through automated data processing technologies will start. You can withdraw your consent at any time - see the opt-out options in Section VIII.
We may process certain information about your device and user behavior based on legitimate interests. This information belongs to the categories of data described in the "Automatically Processed Information" section above and usually does not involve personal information, i.e., it cannot be directly associated with a particular individual, and we can only access it in aggregate form. We use this information to improve our app and provide the best experience for users.
Device details. When you access our app using a mobile device (tablet/phone/smartwatch), some details about your device are reported, including a "device identifier." A device identifier is a small data file or similar data structure stored on your mobile device or associated with your mobile device, used to uniquely identify your mobile device (but not to identify your personal information). Device identifiers support third-party generic reporting or personalized content and advertising.
The following data can be processed:
o Information about the device itself: device type, operating system type and its version, model and manufacturer, screen size, screen density, orientation, volume, and battery, battery life, load time, latency, frame rate, device memory usage.
o Information about the internet connection: mobile operator, network provider, network type, IP address, timestamp, and session duration, speed, browser.
o Location-related information: IP address, country code/region/state/city associated with your SIM card or device, language settings, time zone, neighboring business points of interest (e.g., "coffee shop").
o Other device identifiers: for example, user identifiers (if they are set by the app's developer).
Information about our app. The name of our app, API keys (app identifiers), version, and attributes may be reported for automated processing and analysis. Some services also record the list of apps and/or processes installed or running on your device.
Cookies and similar technologies. When you use our app, cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, scripts) may be used. A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is downloaded to your device when you access our app. This text file is sent back to the server each time you use our app. This allows us to operate our app more efficiently. For example, we will know how many users have visited specific areas or features within our app and which links or ads they clicked. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize the use of our app, improve our marketing efforts, and provide content and features that interest you. We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or provide services to our app, which may use cookies or similar technologies.
Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported each time you request access to our app. This information may also be provided when our app is installed on your device. When you use our app, analytics tools automatically record certain log file information, including the time and date you start and stop using our app, as well as how you interact with our app.
Ad-related information. You may see the following ad-related data: the date and time a particular ad is served; a record that the ad was "clicked" or displayed as a "conversion" event; ad content; ad type (e.g., text, image, or video); the ad location (where the ad is displayed in our app); whether you responded to the ad.
In-app events. When you use our app, analytics tools automatically record information about your activity (clicks, scrolls, screens you access in our app, tutorial steps, upgrades, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progress events, methods to limit user data processing).
Information automatically provided to advertising or analytics tools is generally not under our control, and we are not responsible for processing such information. Note that some services involve the analysis of personal data and may use technologies not under our responsibility to obtain information related to your personality and/or device. If your user ID is linked to your Apple account, Apple may combine your device information with categorized data recorded in their database (e.g., your age, gender, or other demographic characteristics). We do not control, supervise, or guarantee how third parties process your personal data that they may collect in their own way (not through our app). Any requests for information about the disclosure of your personal data should be directed to such third parties (see Section IV).
Payment Information
Our e-commerce provider (Apple) is responsible for billing, processing, and charging for in-app purchases, processing your personal information, and ensuring its absolute security. The processing of this information is part of the performance of our contract with you. We do not have access to or use your credit card or debit card information.
You can access the applicable "in-app" purchase rules and policies directly from the app store.
二、 Purposes for Processing Your Personal Data
Our mission is to continually improve our applications and provide you with a whole new experience. To achieve this mission, we use your information for the following purposes:
(a) To provide our services. We use functional information and automatically processed information to provide you with all the services you need.
(b) To improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our applications. We use automatically processed information to better understand user behavior and trends, detect potential disruptions and technical issues, and to operate, protect, improve, and optimize our applications.
(c) To provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertisements or other targeted content. We may use automatically processed information for marketing purposes (to display ads that you may be interested in based on your preferences). We provide you with personalized content and information, which may include online advertisements or other forms of marketing.
(d) To communicate with you. We use the information we have to communicate with you through newsletters, such as sending you marketing notices, receiving your feedback on our application experience, and informing you of our policies and terms. When you contact us, we also use your information to respond to you.
(e) To prevent fraud and spam, as well as to enforce laws. We sincerely hope that our applications do not contain spam and fraudulent content, and that you feel safe and free. We may use your information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, and potential prohibited or illegal activities, protect our trademarks, and enforce our terms of use.
If there are any new purposes for processing your personal data, we will let you know by making corresponding changes to this privacy policy to inform you that we have started processing information for that other purpose.
三、Three, Sharing Your Information
We will only share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy policy. We comply with the Mobile Marketing Association's Mobile Environment Self-Regulatory Principles.
Please note that although we only cooperate with third parties and ensure that necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted directly to any such third party from this application. We are not responsible for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data caused by the negligence of third parties.
We will not rent or sell your personal data to any third party, but we may share information obtained from tools such as log files, device identifiers, and location data with third-party institutions that provide automatic data processing technologies for this application. We cannot control or influence the tracking technologies of these third parties and how they are used.
We may also share certain information with third-party advertising partners, such as cookie data. This information allows third-party advertising networks to deliver targeted ads that they believe you are most interested in.
We may employ the following third-party service providers to provide the infrastructure necessary to deliver and improve our services:
If you would like to learn more about these services and their privacy options (including opting-out), please visit their respective websites and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions of the above-mentioned third parties that violate our instructions to use your personal data.
Our application may contain links to third-party websites/services or you can access our application from third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy protection measures (including the information or content contained therein) of third-party websites or services linked to our application.
We may disclose your personal information for objective reasons, public interest, or other unforeseen circumstances:
• As required by law;
• When we sincerely believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraudulent activities, or respond to government requests;
• If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, we will post a prominent notice on our application and/or send an email to inform you of any changes to the ownership or use of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
四、International Data Transfer
We operate globally and provide our applications to users all over the world.
We and third-party organizations or our third-party advertising partners that provide automatic data processing technologies for this application may transfer information that has been automatically processed across borders, from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
If you are located in the EU or other regions and the data processing laws in these regions may be different from the laws in the US, please be aware that we may transfer information (including personal information) to countries or jurisdictions that do not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
This means that your personal information may be transferred to a third country, a region within that third country, or one or more designated bodies within that third country, or to an international organization that may not have data protection and confidentiality rules that provide the same level of personal data protection as your country/region.
We strive to ensure that any recipient of personal data provides adequate protection for the personal data received, in accordance with applicable information protection regulations. By using this application, you agree that we may transfer your personal data to any third country, a region within that third country, or one or more designated areas, or to an international organization.
To store data, we use the services of a hosting provider. We take your privacy very seriously, and before sending your personal data to the hosting provider for storage, we encrypt your personal data as much as possible. Please note that we only cooperate with hosting providers that have passed our security and reliability tests.
五、 How Long We Use Your Personal Information
We usually retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to perform the functions of the application and to fulfill our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use the information that we actually access and store, you can ask us to delete your personal information and close your account.
However, some data may still be stored for a period of time (but no longer than necessary for the purpose of storage) if it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, audit) or to maintain security and data backup settings, prevent fraud, or other malicious activities.
六、Exercising Your Rights
Applicable data protection laws give you certain rights regarding your personal information. For the personal information that we collect, you have the following options:
• Data access and portability. You can request a copy of your personal information.
• Changing or correcting data. If you cannot update the data yourself through your account, you have the right to request that we correct, change, update, or modify your data.
• Data retention and deletion. User data is usually retained for the duration of your user profile or for the time necessary to provide the related services. However, the specific retention period may vary depending on the processing environment. You have the right to request the deletion of all or part of the personal data that we hold about you.
• Restricting processing. In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the use of your personal information.
• Exercising the right to know about data sharing. You have the right to know if your data is shared with third parties. This privacy policy, part IV, contains more detailed information on this issue, but if you have any further questions, you can contact us at any time.
To exercise any of the above rights, you can contact us through our email: lxiaodong6688@outlook.com. Please note that we ensure the above rights only for the information that we actually access and store.
If you reasonably believe that your rights under applicable data protection laws are being violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or regulatory agency. Please note that when you exercise your right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or regulatory agency, you may need to provide more information and provide sufficient objective evidence to support your complaint. By lodging a complaint, you agree to fully explain which actions you believe have harmed your rights. Additionally, in certain cases, before lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority or regulatory agency, you may need to send your initial claim to us directly and request clarification if necessary.
When your personal information is automatically processed, you have the right to object to such processing in certain cases. If your personal information is used for direct marketing purposes, you can request that the processing of your data for such direct marketing purposes be stopped. To exercise your rights, please contact the third-party services listed in part IV of this privacy policy to learn how to object to the processing of your data. Most third-party services have clear instructions on their privacy pages, functional APIs, or other options.
If you are located in the EU, you can contact our representative at lxiaodong6688@outlook.com for any issues related to privacy.
七、 How to Opt Out
Opting Out of Marketing Tracking
You can manage your activity tracking permissions. Additionally, if you do not want third-party service providers to deliver personalized ads based on your interests, follow these instructions:
Go to "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" (in earlier versions of iOS, "Privacy") > "Tracking", then tap to turn off or on the tracking permission for a specific app. You can also control whether apps can ask to track your activity. If you do not want to be asked for permission or do not want apps to access your device's advertising identifier, go to "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" (in earlier versions of iOS, "Privacy") > "Tracking", then turn off the "Allow Apps to Request Tracking" switch. If you turn off "Allow Apps to Request Tracking", you will not receive prompts from apps that want to track your activity. During this setting being turned off, each app that requests tracking permission will be treated as if you tapped "Ask App Not to Track". For more information, visit: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT212025 or access the "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" (in earlier versions of iOS, "Privacy") > "Tracking" section on your device. If you want to disable Apple's ad tracking feature, go to "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" (in earlier versions of iOS, "Privacy") > "Apple Advertising", then set the "Personalized Ads" switch to "Off". For more information, visit: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202074
Please note that when you opt out of some interest-based ads, you may still continue to receive contextual ads based on other non-personal information, such as ads related to the content of other digital products you are using.
Opting Out of Location Data Processing
If you do not want third-party service providers to use your precise location data or street-level location information, follow these instructions:
iOS 11 or later: Turn off Location Services for the corresponding product through the menu "Settings > Privacy and Security (in earlier versions of iOS, 'Privacy') > Location Services". Then select the corresponding app and set "Share My Location" to "Never". For more information, see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203033.
八、 Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally recognized industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after we receive it.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to effectively implement data protection principles (such as data minimization) and integrate necessary security measures into the data processing. We strive to use suitable and strong encryption algorithms (including, where possible, hashing algorithms) to encrypt your personal data.
Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If your personal information is compromised due to a security vulnerability, we will notify you in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws.
If you have any questions about the security of our application, you can contact us through the email or contact form shown below.
九、 Children's Privacy
Our application is not directed to children. Therefore, we do not intentionally or knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children. For the purposes of this Section X, the term "child" can be interpreted according to the specific provisions of applicable data protection laws. Any person who is considered a "child" under applicable data protection laws must not provide any personal information directly to this application.
In general, we consider individuals under the age of 16 to be "children", unless we have a legal basis to consider individuals under the age of 16 as adults according to local data protection rules or based on parental authorization directly provided to us.
Parents or guardians have the responsibility to prevent their children from providing personal information through this application without verified parental consent. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you reasonably believe that we may have any information from or about a child or that a child has provided personal information directly to us through this application without verified parental consent, please contact us.
十、 Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is updated regularly.
Whenever we change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this Privacy Policy and in other places we deem appropriate. We may also provide you with notice of modifications or updates to this Privacy Policy in other appropriate forms, depending on the circumstances.
